Made an order online for next day delivery paid extra for it to not come and then paid extra to send back to the company not received my refund or had any response !!

AVIOD SCAMMERS!!

Ordered this baby ghost tunic for my little one's first halloween, figured £21.99 was expensive to start with, but went ahead and ordered it anyway since it was so last minute, figured the quality of the item would be nice and thick, necessary for a cold halloween evening and an unavoidably messy baby / toddler, spent a fortune on delivery for it to arrive the next day. The material is so flimsy, there was a rip just by the velcro attachment at the back, my child is only 10 months old but it fits her well despite the rip, that just shows how flimsy this is. It's the thinnest piece of material I've ever felt with a bit of elastic at the bottom to prevent it riding up. Sure, my child looks cute in it, but for the price, either go on Temu, save yourself the delivery fee and get something on Amazon or just save your money for something far more elaborate than this. Disappointed.

Simply fancy dress: I bought 2 outfits from them and one was inflatable but had a small hole in (this was clearly a manufacturing issue not a problem from them) and I was taking it away with me on holiday in a few days so I emailed and they sent out a replacement for me within 2 HOURS of me sending the email and I had the replaced one within 24 hours. They then followed up with emails to check everything was okay and that I had received the replacement. Honestly couldn't be more grateful! ALSO I won best fancy dress in the costume mentioned above so clearly everyone else loved it too. Strangers were coming over to me to tell me how great the outfit is so overall amazing experience and fantastic customer service!

Just received my costume today and it’s got blood stains and what looks like urine stains on it! Obviously been worn by someone before me! Disgusting!

So happy with my order!! Had been looking for 6 adult Crayon costumes and couldn’t get them anywhere, came across simplyfancydress and was sceptical if it was genuine or not but I ordered on Monday evening for delivery in ROI and the costumes arrived today and they’re perfect! Ordered a Halloween costume from cheapest fancy dress, response was brilliant, costume was sent out within 24 hours and was at my door at 8am, can’t fault this company and received many compliments on the outfit, thankyou.

My order (a skirt and a wig) arrived quickly and well packaged but I had to pay £3.99 for delivery. A response to a previous review I read says 'uk delivery is free'?

The quality of the £14.50 skirt was very disappointing. I contacted customer services through the website to request a refund but never heard anything back. Not very good customer service.

I am always wary of purchasing from somewhere new but I could not resist and I'm glad I made my choice here. This service was first rate. Will use again - if I ever need another costume! Thank you.

This may sound corny but they are called Simply fancy dress for a good reason. The whole process was just easy from start to finish. Finding, purchasing and receiving the product was simple and it even arrived earlier than expected. My little one was delighted with her costume.

Delivery was spot on time. arrived when stated. however, the shield was cracked, and had 2 b taped up b 4 it could b used. But it was a good description of the item.

I purchased an outfit which arrived within a few days. Unfortunately the outfit didn't fit so I had return the customer care was excellent not only was I notified within a day that they had received the outfit but I had a full refund immediately . First class service would highly recommend .
