This is a scam company

This is a scam company that contacts individuals on their private devices advertising jobs that do not exist and were not asked for. The trick is to get you to download an app where you do 'tasks' for pay, convince you to pay for the premium version of the app to unlock the ability to do more tasks for longer for more pay, but then never allow you to remove your 'earnings' from the app because they DO NOT EXIST.

Labor exploiters and scum business model. For more details please google "SimplyHired Scam reddit".

I have also submitted a report to the attorney general of my state.

“EVERYONE ON THIS MESSAGE BEWARE. Professional recruiters don’t send out messages to multiple people. They address you by name. They provide their reference as to who recommended you. Don’t fall for this. Block her. They’ve been doing this for ages.”

Winnie is incredibly rude.

Winnie is incredibly rude.
In her initial text, she brags "I have a great job".
If I wasn't already employed, I'd think she was just being mean! Then she doubled-down and offered to send me the job description, too!
She should now and forever be known as... Winnie the Poo!

Apologies for any inconvenience. My name is Winnie, and I'm a recruiter from SimplyHired Company. I would appreciate your permission to send you the job description. Afterward, you can review and determine if it's suitable for you. Would that be Okay?- Please don't trust this kind of voluntary job offer. No one is so generous to help. I just got this message from WhatsApp, saw another review like this on Trustpilot, and learned about the scam. Thankfully, I didn't lose money due to that.

SCAMMERS

“Apologize for disturbing you. My name is Winnie and I'm a recruiter from SimplyHired Company. I would appreciate your permission to send you the job description. Would that be okay?” I have received such a text message on my WhatsApp. It is total scam and fake, do not react and communicate with those people. They will offer you easy way to earn money, but it’s just a financial pyramid. Stay safe and don’t get scammed!

Clever deception artists infiltrate a job site

I don't believe this was altogether Simplyhired's fault. The posting I answered was cleverly crafted to look like a genuine and appealing "job" opportunity. It was nothing of the sort. It was a pyramid selling scheme. Simplyhired, all of us, have to get smarter at spotting ever more sophisticated lies.
