I am very grateful to this store and their excellent service.
They send the orders incredibly well packaged, and if you need some changes on it (such as sending hot-sensitive food during months they do not) they agree to do it (with your understanding that those can arrive a little bit deformed of course).
So all in all, it's my go-to place for all keto treats.
Moreover, they are incorporating more and more ultra-healthy foods (cookies with all 100% keto + healthy ingredients and sweeteners) and such.
They made my keto life so good I really dont miss carbs at all.

Great product, and also (and I warmly insist on this point!) GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, that I'd dare to consider a sort of "family" transmitting care and effort to help and serve people sharing their goodness in order to make life safer (what a comfort to know you won't find any nasty ingredient and always have the guarantee of a solid and reliable professionality on this crucial point!), sort of "easier" and, really, less restricted (I can guarantee that I've tried a lot of their own products and found them delicious, balanced and very satisfying, far way better than a lot of more "famous"brands, and above all almost everyone has been approved also by my CGM, such a hard "judge"!) those who are struggling with serious illness and have to adopt a keto-lifestyle aside from weightloss or other more "liberal" choiches : real pepople, sensistive, human, helpful and patient every single time I have had any sort of doubt/concern/issue during these years of being an enthusiast client of such a reliable, reassuring and assisting me even when due to my unability and "disasters" with informattic system and German 8I' can't speak it, sorry...By the way, it would be great if in the future the website could be autotranslated in other EU languages, or just in English directly, to avoid recurring to google translate that sometimes makes things complicated ;-) ).Always grateful to Daniela in particular for her kindness, and to the whole team of Alex for offering people, as said above, healthy, safe and delectable goodies to live and thrive even if with particular and not always "happy"conditions due to illness... Everything is great! Huge number of products, super fast shipping, great selfmade products.

I like the variety of the products available, but when I had trouble with processing my online order, I couldn't reach to anyone from their support. Also, shipping takes a while to other EU countries (despite 10eur for dhl shipping) and I wasn't too happy with how items were packed the 1st time I managed to actually place the order. Would be nice if they were more responsive.
