Scammers. Beware! Never sent my order and never replied to my many emails! Stay away

don't use these fraudsters under any circumstances. took the payment twice & they are not contactable. I have reported them to the fraud unit online. please do the same if you have had the same experience.

I am now convinced that this company is a fraud.
I placed my order in goodtime for when I needed it and paid up front. I even got a contact back saying it would be delayed as some items were out of stock.

Then, nothing, for more than 2 months.

No delivery, no more messages, and, worst of all, no answer to my emails and the customer helpline is never answered. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE THIEVES. I gave one star because it wont let me give 0!

As said eariler the service is dreadful and not trustworthy

I ordered from this website around the 10th February. The goods took 2 weeks to arrive and one of the products (the sporran) wasn't even the one I ordered. I returned the item on 26th Feb and today on the 21st April,6 emails and numerous unanswered phone calls later I am STILL waiting on my refund!!!! VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I certainly will not tell anybody about this website!

AS PER THE MAJORITY OF OTHER REVIEWS, NO GOODS! NO REPLIES! NO HELP FROM PAYPAL OR EBAY. DON'T KNOW HOW THEY GET AWAY WITH IT? I SUPPOSE KNOCKING ON THE DOOR BELOW WILL ALSO BE A WASTE OF TIME!

Ordered a kilt from them and have never seen it, or had any response from them. Avoid at all costs.

This company is a disgrace to Scotland, I hope our friends abroad don't think we are all like them. I like the other reviewers have lost count of the times I have tried to contact this cowboy outfit so I looked at the companies house website. Simply Scotland is not listed but they trade under Love Kilts and are at the point of being struck off for not sending their company accounts. I have also opened a dispute with PayPal and wonder why they and e Bay still deal with this shambolic bunch of chancers!!

They never delivered anything, it's been more than a month since i ordered and i can't reach them by phone or e-mail, they simply take your money and disappear.

Our item was brought in Ebay, the item didn't arrive. I was assured when the product was in stock (2 months after purchase) it would be sent. By the beginning of April (3 months after purchase) the items had still not arrived. No response to my emails and impossible to contact by phone. I would never use this company again or advise anyone else to

Like so many others, I ordered a kilt around 1 month ago. They were quick in taking the money, but I still haven't recieved it. No answer on the phone and no response to my numerous emails. Don't waste your money, use another company.

I purchased a Spartan through eBay and the listing stated very quick delivery which was estimated to be within 2 days! Yeah right, almost two weeks have passed and still no goods! Communication with SimplyScotland is impossible, they do not reply to emails and the phone is never answered! They now have the cheek to email me to ask for feedback. I have opened a complaint with eBay and will get my money back but that didn't stop this sham company from almost wrecking my wedding! Do not buy anything from these con-artists!

I ordered a $55 product back in November 2013. They shipped it incorrectly and I never received it, but I was charged for it. I had to work with the shipping company to send it back to Simply Scotland because it got stuck in the states and I am in Germany. I had a contact at SS that was supposedly working with me. The shipping company confirmed that SS received my order back on the 23rd of December, and it was received by "Butt." As much as I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, this should have been my first indication that the company is a complete joke. They continued to insist they had not received the item back and did not refund me. I have emailed them no less than 8 times and filled out comments on their site and all to no avail. I still have not received a refund from this company. Absolutely do not order anything from them if you intend to ever receive it.

So I was super excited about what I ordered from them. PIcked out every piece and placed the order and have yet to hear anything about my order or when I might get it or if I will at all. It has been over a week and nothing except this email asking me to review their site...enough said

I never received my package and reply time from Simply Scotland was very long.

Have still not received product. No answer on phone and have had not had a reply to my email. Do not use.

Been waiting a couple of weeks now for a next day delivery. No response to emails, no response to the query form on the website and the phone never gets answered.
Interestingly, I received the link to Trustpilot to write my review even though they haven't sent my stuff.

With nobody bothering to get back to me I will have to cancel the transaction with my card provider and make a complaint to police and trading standards to get this scam business listing removed.

I don't know what is going on, but at this point I feel robbed.

I placed an order on February 26, 2014 and have had NO communication from SimplyScotlandShop. No order fulfillment, no response to enquiries, not even a "we're sorry, but your order has been delayed".
The only thing I have is a receipt, via email, And an email from world pay.com saying my order was received and the international financial transaction was processed.
Simplyscotland has my money, and I am now out additional money, because I have had to purchase an additional outfit for my wedding.
So I say once more,

I WANT MY MONEY BACK!


UPDATE 26-03-14 (March 26, 2014 for those of us in the US)

Took a fraud report to our Credit Card company to get anything done and get our money back. Again, DO NOT KNOW what is going on at simply scotland shop, but my advice, STAY AWAY!!

Ordered a couple of kilts, payment taken immediately but no sign of the order. I have sent messages and tried to call dozens of times but get no response. I wish I had read the reviews before I gave them my card details. I will be contacting my card provider to get my money back. The reviews show that some people do actually get their orders. I would advise anyone who takes the risk of ordering with them to only use a credit card so that your card provider covers you for any fraudulent use. I would not given them debit card information. Maybe I am not giving them a chance, but when you do not get any response from them, or receive any delivery, there doesn't seem to be any doubt that you're being robbed.

I ordered a kilt on 17th Feb and received a dispatch confirmation e-mail a couple of days later. After a couple of weeks I had not received my product nor was there any proof that the delivery had been attempted. I then contacted Simply Scotland who told me to contact UK Mail. UK Mail informed me that the courier could not access my property and the product was being sent back to sender. There was, however, no proof that a delivery had been attempted as no calling card was left. Following this I contacted Simply Scotland to reschedule the delivery for an alternative address and paid the corresponding £3.60 charge on 6th March however I still await confirmation of dispatch and delivery.
