Beware of this Company
Beware of this Company. Their website prominently says "free returns" in several places. But when you try to return, they tell you that you must pay for the postage to the UK. When ordering, you are never alerted to this. You can't even tell from the website that they are not in the U.S. To top it off, they are incredibly rude and don't seem to be interested in customer service whatsoever. Their website is very misleading!!!

Avoid this company
This company had a surface marker buoy (SMB).that I particularly liked. I thought I was ordering through the US store, but apparently the ordered was fulfilled by the UK store.
Unfortunately, while the package arrived in the US very quickly, it has been sitting in Memphis at FedEx for weeks now (since 8/18). A week or so ago I called FedEx. I was told that the box was shipped empty. I wrote SS about this the same day and was told that the company would need three days to assess. Then nothing.
This kind of problem, in its various aspects, is very uncommon among established companies. I am shocked. I have demanded a refund, and I urge you to avoid this company.
Update: my account has STILL not been credited. I have therefore opened up a dispute with my credit card company. This nuclear option is not required for reputable companies.

Discount mess up
Made a quite a serious purchase which at the time crossed with an email back from SS with a 10% discount code. They would not let me retrospectively apply the code to the order.
So I now have to return the order within 30 days and re order applying my discount code. What a waste of time and effort.
