I can see our Customer Care team has already been in touch with you regarding your concerns, and we can see that you also had a hair sensitivity test carried out by another provider, which produced different results.
As explained in our emails, sensitivities can change over time due to a variety of factors, including changes in diet, lifestyle, stress levels, environment, gut health, and overall wellbeing. For this reason, it is not unusual for results to differ when tests are taken at different times.
It's also important to note that different companies use different equipment, testing methodologies, databases, calibration processes, and reporting thresholds. As a result, results from different providers are not directly comparable and may vary.
We appreciate that you may have been expecting the same outcome from both tests, but differences do not necessarily indicate that either result is incorrect. We remain happy to answer any further questions you have about your report and the testing process.

I found it very easy and it didn't take long to get the results. I have found that by avoiding the foods I am sensitive to. I have done this sensitivity test twice. Once when I had cancer and one when it was removed. With cancer all my numbers were out of control. After it was with in decent limits. 😊

Results are not accurate
I’m not that impressed. Everything they said I was highly sensitive to I have no reactions to. Not sure this was even a legit test. So far off base

Whilst the service was really quick and came back mostly accurate. I was not happy when I found they had taken money from my account for meal plans as a subscription. I did order this in a rush as was keen to get answers for my daughter as her skin is awful, however I don’t believe companies should be tricking you into these things. I complained, told I’d signed up and no refund only a cancellation for next time!

When the test was purchased, it included a complimentary 14-day trial of The Meal Planners service. At the end of the trial period, the subscription automatically continues on a monthly basis unless cancelled. This information is provided during the checkout process, where the option to remove the trial is available, and is also included within the order confirmation email.
We genuinely value every customer and always aim to be as transparent and helpful as possible.
Simple and seems to be accurate
I wasn’t sure what to expect with this test. I found the results to be quick and very interesting. One specific example is for decades I’ve swelled up after eating a specific vegetable and sure enough, the test came back highly sensitive for that food as well as some others I have questioned

Wouldn't trust it
I have dealt with certain food and outdoor allergies my whole life, have had allergy testing and blood work testing. This test was completely opposite from my real test. Im highly allergic to almonds, this test showed them to be compatible with me. It also showed me I'm not allergic to hardly anything outside which is completely false. I would view this as entertainment only, wouldn't trust anything is says

Don't waste money
The things that I am already anaphalyctic too were not classed as sensitivities at all. This is rather worrying when I have been epi pen at the hospital for at least 2 of them. Waste of time and money sadly.
