Tried a cheaper company and was scammed - Simply Unlocked just did what they say - sorted the unlock codes / kept me informed / responded to e mails very quickly - excellenet service

Vodafone were completely useless and incompetent in sending me an MCK number.

I paid £20 on simply unlocked and got the number in 6 hours after spending an entire Saturday wasting my life speaking to vodafone employees who had zero interest in trying to help and also going in store.

I will never spend another penny with vodafone after being a loyal customer since 1992.

To save struggles of the phone calls with half hearted staff, they didnt help with unlocking my phone. As my new second hand phone needed an mck unfreeze code, I got directed back and forth with Vodafone and samsung, so i eventually gave up with the companies. Came across simply unlocked and was sceptical at first, as ive heard genuinely bad reviews with every online phone unlocking company being labelled as "scams". However, simply unlocked made it easy, simple to unlock my phone with easy website navigation, fully legit with the codes they get for your phone, as they labell they collaborate with big companies and go directly to manufacturers (like samsung, iphone, etc) to get mck unfreeze codes. Currently writing this review from my new unlocked phone and couldn't be any happier.

Wanted my old iPhone unlocked to enable a foreign SIM card to be used while on holiday. An excellent service from Simply Unlocked despite me giving them the incorrect model of phone. Communications were great & my phone was unlocked within a week at a cost of £9.95. Well recommended.

Similar to other reviews, mck and nuc codes came after 1 hr, didnt get an email, just look on tracking section of the website, well worth the 17.95. Provider didnt care, samsung s9 now unlocked ! Fabulous

Exellent service, can't complain, the process was quite quick and they explain exactly what to do on the website. Easy and secure.

Don't normally do this but...
Ordered an unlock code, realised about an hour later that I made a mistake so ordered another (as my fault.) Had an email about original code saying imei number as wrong and to correct. Emailed back saying I had made a mistake and reordered. They refunded me Anyway, even though my error, and without being asked. Excellent service. And the code they provided worked perfectly.

Awful customer service
Snappy and abrupt.
I made it clear in my email to cancel my order and refund as not working with codes
They ignored my email and sent one talking to me like I'm a child and as my colleague already said tone.
I don't care if someone says something 10x
A it's not working and
B I want a refund

Brilliant service . £16.50 and received 4 different codes within an hour after ordering, which was very helpful.
Very straight forward , paid via PayPal so it was a safe payment.

Searching to unlock your phone isn't simple and very time consuming.
Simply Unlocked Ltd for £16.49 emailed the codes within 4 hours...they promise between 4-8.
Very polite and assuring over the phone and paying with PayPal adds to the confidence that it's genuine.
Great service, will not hesitate to recommend them.

Quick service with useful mobile text message updates. Email referred to by text failed to arrive so had to use 'track order' on the website to get the code - minor inconvenience. Price higher than I normally expect to pay, but good result overall.

excellent fast service, good communication, unlocked in about 4 hours start-finish, highly recommend.

Used there service to unlock a Samsung. Completed online, next morning received codes, followed there instructions and phone now completely unlocked from network. £15 Well spent.
