Scam store

Scam store. They pretend to be based in Dublin, Ireland, but force you to return faulty items to China at your own expense. The dresses are of abysmal quality – completely transparent, a blue dress was sewn asymmetrical and unwearable, and a green dress came in a neon-lime color. Customer support just copy-pastes templates. Avoid at all costs!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.
It is a China based company.
The product that arrive are not the same quality as shown on the website. Quality is dire beyond belief.
YOU HAVE TO RETURN IT AT YOUR EXPENSE TO CHINA.
Try to get you to keep it for 30% of the next purchase and then increased to 50%
I am pretty certain that the garment does not meet EU flammability requirements. No tags on it. Took 2 weeks to arrive.

Total scam

This a scam. Sad I fell for it. Clothes arrived but nothing like the photos and basically made of plastic. Managed to get 50% refund and they actually paid but I was dealing with a bot

AVOID

Misleading brand name. Poor quality clothes that do not match the images. Indirect returns process with runaround asking for photos of the item (?!?!) before providing me with the return address (to China, of course, at my expense). Ridiculous.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. Do not buy from them. They are not based in Dublin as advertised. I ordered shoes. Weeks later the most awful looking shoes, nothing like advertised arrived. As in other reviews shoes came from China with no returns address. What is even more worrying when I contacted my bank, I was, unknowingly, linked to a subscription to that company. I had to cancel my card to ensure they would not take any money from my account. Hindsight is 20/20 but when I look now it is obvious the website is all AI generated. Be warned!!

They make it impossible to return.

Dresses advertised as organic cotton....arrived after 3 weeks. 95 %polyester 5% spandex. I agree with all the negative reviews. This company are scammers. Offer 30% off if i buy another item....then 50% off then 70% off....and told i can keep the ones i already bought!!. They even suggest i gift the dresses to someone. They are so reluctant to supply a return address...havent got one yet. Sorry people i dont know anyone who would use the dresses as dusters let alone wear them. Do not buy from this company....they are chancers!!!!!

Steer Clear

Ordered and received an item from this company, who claim to be an Irish/Dublin Company. Item came from China - such poor quality and not at all like its description on their web site. I had checked if returning was possible before ordering and they clearly stated this was an option. No return docket in parcel, and after several email requests for return address/procedure I got offers of discounts on next purchase, 30% then 70% then they offered 30% refund of purchase price claim the cost of returning to me would be excessive and they had my best interest at heart. Not once in these emails did they include the return details as requested. So bottom line they have my money and I have an item that mostly likely was produced for less that a couple of euro.

DO NOT ORDER. SCAM SCAM SCAM
I received my order yesterday from China. The dress was a far cry from the picture shown on the website. It was of very poor quality and totally see through. Very disappointed 😢 lesson learned

Awful quality

Awful quality. I can’t believe that I ordered the dress. It was listed to be cotton and what has arrived is 100% polyester. I thought it would be nice for the summer.. not a chance. Our local retailers sell much better dresses.
It took over two weeks to come. I was wondering if it would turn up at all.
Also consider how you have paid for it. I have cancelled my credit card as they are not getting anymore money from me.

Sinclair Dublin Scam company.

If it was possible to give this company no stars I would.
It is a complete SCAM.
I ordered denim dungarees for €44 and received a pair of dungarees from China made of a thin cheap material.
The braces didn't adjust so the legs were far too short.
I have contacted the company without any reply so far.
I suppose I will have to mark this down to experience but urge anyone reading this to avoid Sinclair Dublin at all costs.
