Extremely disappointed with the lack of basic human customer care and communication at Sinclair Mercedes-Benz of Cardiff. I dropped my car off in the morning, only to watch it sit locked and untouched in their compound for nearly 9 hours without a single update. When I tried calling to find out what was happening, I was repeatedly left on hold and disconnected. Management—specifically Ben—was completely unsupportive, hiding behind corporate policy and playing poor corporate games rather than taking accountability for a completely wasted day. Terrible customer service from start to finish—I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Always a pleasure visiting, I waited for the service to be finished and felt like I’m in a high end hotel. Excellent service from Stephanie and Ben.
Only issue is trying not to walk away with a new car each time lol

Carwyn, my sales executive knows what he was doing, he was warm and had all the information we required and more. When I came to Sinclair to order my car from London I had my son come with me. After I ordered my car, my son decided to order his new car from Carwyn as well, and I can assure you that he has looked at, and spoken to other car dealers, but chose Sinclair because of Carwyn's knowledge and warmth.

Well, talk about going above and beyond ... ! Super helpful in sourcing a car at short notice. Sales staff were totally upfront and honest, which is perhaps a bit of a rarity in today's world of short term gain and 'in-and-out-of-the-door' attitude. I would give them 5 stars every day of the week. Totally outstanding!

After choosing to buy an all electric car from these people was a pleasant experience to start.
In completion of the deal and walking out to our used EQB 250+.
A session on how the screen worked was more important than showing us how to actually plug up the car and charge it. Only 60% battery was on the car for our 1.15hr drive home.
So we were completely on our own from then on. Also we were told there was only one key but was reassured as it was a ex demo car the key was at the Bridgend garage. So another setback.
9 weeks we had to wait for he 2nd key to materialise after god knows how many inquiries from our part. Kaine who we purchased from never rang us once to see how we were getting in with the car and when we had to return to the garage to have to new key coded he never came to ask anything.
So from this experience we will not be returning to the Cardiff garage again.
Shocking experience.

If anyone is considering buying a BYD, this place is a perfect choice. I bought my Seal U here and am highly impressed by the customer service standards. Carwyn was very polite and knowledgeable – he willingly and thoroughly answered every single question I had. I also highly appreciate that the test drive took place on the very first day of my visit. The vehicle delivery went without any surprises: the car was perfectly prepared, sparkling clean, fully charged, and exactly as described in the contract. Five stars!

Conner had the patience of a saint. He took us through the process of buying our beautiful ATTO 2 seamlessly, from showing us how to start the car in the first place and talked us through the whole process. Overall it was a very positive experience.
