From the start i was provided with a comprehensive advice and great customer service
From the start i was provided with right information and guidance, I didn’t feel pressured by the sales person -Martin B and they respected my preferred way of communication.I received a clear advice on the PCP and and comparison benefits disadvantages between buying a new car or used one for me to make a decision.The actual purchase process seemed seamless. The servicing plan and smart care options were offered to me and again I didn’t feel pressured to purchase those. Overall the experience was very good, Martin was friendly approachable and professional.He is an asset to Swansea unit/shop. Oh and I really appreciated him showing me and setting /linking my phone to the car.

Great service
Martin was very helpful and helped us find the right car that met our needs. He also made sure that the car was ready for pick up quickly following delivery to the show room. He also gave us a great introduction to the car and went over everything we needed to know.

Purchased a 3 yr old Octavia from here and couldn't be more delighted with the car and staff. Eveything was dealt with by Ryan and he was super professional. Any niggles I have had with the car have been dealt with speedily by Ryan. Very welcoming showroom and always refreshments on offer.
