My daughter leased a car vw golf…
My daughter leased a car vw golf automatic when it arrived which we were told they could get it earlier but there was confusion at their end and they ordered a manual. At pick up Thomas said we didn't order a automatic but a manual and said if we cancel they would charge us 350 pound so we took car and found the order and we did order an auto.
At no stage did they Mike branch manager cardiff vw and Thomas try to rectify the situation the customer service was appalling once you drive car off they just say you got 28 days and you could cancel but they ordered wrong car and bullied my daughter into taking it
I would not irder a car from this company
The manual cars are cheaper to lease than auto but they would not match the aa which are much cheaper than sinclair cardiff vw
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY DID NOT TRY TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE AT ALL
AVOID AVOID AVOID
WE SENT CAR BACK AND ORDERED ONE FROM THE AA SAVING 1600 POUND
