This company is horrible
Their return policy is crap. You have to pay to ship your shoes back and they take a restocking fee.
I’m going to make sure I spread the word across the bikini competition community to never buy from this company ever ever. They can get the same shoes somewhere else.

I am a new mother of a transgender daughter. I decided to buy her her first pair of heels for Christmas. unfortunately they are too large.

went to do a return so I could repurchase the correct size only to find out I missed the 15 day return window.

Absolutely ridiculous return policy, 100% worst company I have ever dealt with . Shoe sizing is off by 4 sizes . When I needed to return them I was charged 20% restocking plus the original 50$ for shipping and another 30$ for return shipping . I could understand if the website did not have a size recommendation , However they do!! and it was incorrect. This cost of the shipping and restocking put me out 90$ for a 70$ pair of shoes. I'm beyond livid the company tried blaming the manufacturer of the shoe . However there return policy is absolutely unacceptable. No one should be out of pocket due to their lack of research on the products they sell . This is 100% the company's fault and not the manufacturer and to slander and blame a manufacturer for your error on your website is unprofessional. Update : The company did reach out and apologized for the inconvenience, myself and a very nice lady named Bethany worked out the issue, leaving both of us satisfied with the outcome. I'm very pleased that this was resolved and that the company made the effort to reach out and resolve the previously noted discrepancy. Thank you !!!

The shoes were irregular/seconds. Right one had a front strap that was riveted a half inch at least off center, when looking at them both it is noticeable.

Delivery was good.

Dimensions and sizing were provided and the boot fit my wife perfectly though a little above the thigh as she is only 5’1”. Full communication was given during the delivery period.

Despite the situation our country is going through. The shoes arrived in a timely matter and my sub really enjoyed wearing them and being sexy for me. Good quality as well. I will be ordering again!

Due to Covid I was unable to get the shoes I wanted, however SinfulShoes reached out and offered me my choice of a full return, or the choice of another shoe and they would cover the difference. I chose the Black PU Maryjane platforms, and they arrived today ,and are fabulous! Customer Service done right!!!
