Too little appreciation by the staff
Hello, thanks for everything, I had much fun singing. Unfortunately, I did not feel treated well by the staff with regard to
- appreciation (we were being criticized as often as praised); with such a big anonymous group, the motivation has to come from the leaders
- often, the conductors were confused themselves, obviously not well prepared
- as much with the setting / places / time did not go well, I missed words of sorrow by the team, which were not often uttered
- too little time for questions, which surely occur, when so many people do things together.
Thanks anyway, I know, you have got the potential to take better care of the people you re working with. You are great guys.
