Singulart not only provides a great selection of original artwork, but the customer service side is also great. They were able to help us schedule our delivery and were prompt to respond when we had issues. They also provided a great solution to our problem!

Natalia Franco was my contract person for my sale on Singulart. She responded quickly to my email questions as well as assisting on some of the shipping details. She was also very understanding about setting up a courier pick-up date (We had an unexpected family death and needed a couple extra days for me to pkg. the painting). Overall, Singulart (and Natalia) get 5 stars from me. The company support for me and my work, marketing campaigns, and proactive attitude company-wide makes the platform a good fit for me.
Feedback (IMO only): I would like to see an update to the packaging/shipping guidelines and new videos, especially because many of my paintings are large (some 6-8 feet), and must be shipped off stretchers, rolled, in box or tube. Singulart asks that the artist keep the diameter to 3.9cm, but I feel that requires to tight a roll for large canvas sizes. They did allow me to use a 4.25" HD tube with no complaint. As a former archival picture framer, I was taught it's "best practice" to avoid rolling a large canvas to tightly.
As for the Singulart invoice, at first it was confusing, but when I slowed down the sale excitement a bit, and reviewed the form in it's entirety on my computer and not my phone, it was much easier to view and fill out.
I want to THANK team Singulart, and especially Natalia Franco, for the assistance with this sale. I look forward to continuing to work together and appreciate the company's help and ongoing suggestions for increasing visibility and sales, which is info. available to all artists on the platform.
I also like the quality of the online gallery, and that Singulart employees are always open and interested to hearing feedback, and that says a lot.

My experience with singulart has been wonderful I love the the exposure that I'm getting around the world

I admire the Singulart team for their professionalism and patience. I spent over a month sending a painting to a buyer because I was postpartum and my life had changed. They patiently waited for information from me and helped with the shipment even though the painting was in another country. The payment was also quick. I really like working with this platform.

The team is very professional and prepared to come up with solutions in case of obstacles. Thanks you Singulart team! The logistics are arranged incredibly well. And overall arrangement is respectful towards authors and their investment in art creation but also commercial part of the process.

I have shipped several paintings with Singulart, including internationally outside the EU, and their logistics team has always made the process much easier and far less stressful. I have sold 2 pieces within 6 months, which I think is great! It's a very helpful tool and easy to use. Just a couple hiccups. The first transaction was mostly smooth sailing. Payout was supposed to be 2-3 weeks after delivery, but it was 4 weeks exactly. The second one took a week to get the shipping label. Still worth it.
