Good customer service. DPD misdelivered. We reported to Sissel UK. Within minutes customer service phone us and got DPD to re- deliver. We ordered a pump and a covering for. Sissel cushion (which is still fine even after 2 decades of use). New items also worked just fine.

This is feedback for Sitfit Plus seat cushion for the car.
Swift next day tracked delivery even for the second order. I was updated about shipping at every stage.
This product provides immediate relief for sciatica and lower body pains whilst driving.
Found this seat after wasting 100's of £'s on sciatica seat cushions.
It is comfortable and has enabled me to continue driving for long distances for work when I was facing the nightmare of not only losing my income but also becoming housebound.

This is a review for Sissel Neck Relax
This is a terrible product
More like a torture device for the neck from the Middle Ages.
As a Franklin Method educator I use all the Franklin products ( balls etc) and recommend these to my clients. This neck relax device is nowhere near the standard of manufacture of the Franklin products.
It is unusable

I’ve purchased 4 or 5 neck pillows over the years but recently they have collapsed in the middle to become useless. They are supposed to be guaranteed for 5 years but on contacting customer support they were very unhelpful.

I ordered body tape from this company because .I believed
I would get better quality than on Amazon
And although Sissel were more expensive. I took a chance .Unfortunately the tape does not stick to my body .I dont'blame Sissel I think it's their suppliers .
I am currently trying to use wig glue to help it stick

While the pillows might be helpful to some, unless your are 100% certain the pillow is for you, I would not recommend buying from Sissle.

If you buy their pillow, try it out and find out it was not for you - you will not be able to return it because you have already taken it out of the package and used it. They say it is for hygiene reasons but I think this is bs as the pillow is in the pillowcase.

If you absolutely want to buy their pillow or any other product, please try it out before buying somehow. Otherwise you might just waist your money.

While I do agree that I would not want to buy a pillow someone slept on, but if the pillow case is washed or replaced then I would not have a problem with it, especially if the pillow was only used for a short period of time. So you claiming it is for hygiene reasons is bs. Also a lot of retailers do in fact accept their pillows back.

After a neck injury I couldn't sleep using my regular pillow. The Sissel pillow was recommended as the ideal support for restful sleep. It took me a night or two to get used to it, but I am now really feeling the benefit and able to sleep peacefully without pain.
