A peaceful and loving goodbye to our Dobby
We could not have asked for a more compassionate and caring experience when saying goodbye to our beloved Dobby.
Kristoffer was incredibly easy to get hold of and spoke with us several times over the phone beforehand. He was always patient and happy to answer all of our questions, which brought a lot of comfort to both me and my family during such a difficult time. He always spoke with genuine care in his voice and made us feel that he truly understood how important and emotional the situation was.
Ditte made the actual experience of saying goodbye as peaceful and gentle as it possibly could have been. She explained everything she was doing, gave us all the time we needed, and never made us feel rushed. She was incredibly considerate, calm and caring throughout, which meant so much to us.
The process afterwards, including picking up Dobby’s urn, was also completely seamless and handled with the same care and respect.
We truly felt that we were in safe hands with Kristoffer and Ditte from beginning to end. Saying goodbye to Dobby was incredibly difficult, but they helped us give him the most peaceful and loving farewell we could have hoped for. We will always be grateful for that. ❤️
