Without question the worst dealer I've ever had the misfortune to buy from.
Wouldn't return my deposit after the car I initially purchased was faulty. Only option was to spend considerably more on another car or loose my deposit.
The owner is rude and arrogant.
Sales staff won't respond after you have paid.
Didn't send off logbook and refuse to answer queries on the contract.

Even 1 star is too high for this garage. Stay away from this dealer at all cost. My 20 year old daughter bought a car from this so called dealer. With in the 3 months of having it, she experienced 2 major breakdowns. One partially covered by warranty and the other not.After numerous phone calls to different salesmen, informing me to email Justin, who is a very aggressive individual who was not very helpful at all. Actually has stopped resulting to our emails.
Therefore now have seeked advice from the citizens advice bureau advising us we are entitled a partial payment from SJB car sales to go towards her £2037 harahe invoice.
After forwarding the email to Justin, his response was YOU'RE NOT GETTING A PENNY.
Next stop small claims court.

Bought a Mercedes Vito van from sjb car sales through Craig .
After having it 1 week engine management light came on and was told I had to email Justin only not speak over the phone.
He wasn’t any help and rude I thought. Fobbed me off basically saying it was old codes. Engine light came on again after only having it for around a month and Justin hasn’t replied to email.
Says 30 day no quibble exchange on all cars but he wouldn’t help me out . I should have listened to other reviews.

Service is absolutely awful! Car came with issues, Justin the "director" is beyond rude! I am now pursuing legal action through court and once I have resolved will update my review in full detail, simply by copying and pasting the email communications between myself and the sales team, mostly between Justin and myself, so there will be no corner to hide in! The only message I have to anyone considering this dealer is don't be fooled by Google reviews, the reviews here are far more accurate.

Please avoid this dealer at all costs! I bought a car from SJB in March 2022. Upon arrival the car was not there it was in the garage having a repair! 2 hours later the car came back I took it for a short test drive, a route chosen by the sales guy, this gave no opportunity for driving over 40 or using the brakes! On the surface the car looked ok. I drove it back to Pembrokeshire and took it to my fathers garage This is where we undertook a more in depth look at the car, upon inspection the car had been in an accident and the repair was shoddy, there were issues with the erg value and air conditioning which was highlighted on a diagnostic test! The brakes were also worn and pitted and unserviceable!
Within 3 hours of purchasing the car I raised my concerns. In the following days and weeks Justin was extremely rude to me and derogatory, refusing rejection of the vehicle and also refusing the no quibble 30day exchange policy he prides himself on! Justin argued there were any faults and until put under pressure from the finance company and broker he agreed to pay for an inspection back in Bridgend l, initially I was concerned about this as I felt that given the already established relationship between him and the garage they would not uphold my complaint but they did and also highlighted more issues - Justin still refused the rejection, which is now being dealt with via the finance company I am sat here months later out of pocket and going to the ombudsman!
To conclude Justin is a rude man who has no conscience or consideration for his customers or their safety or that of their families and other road users! I also noted during my time in the show road the disgusting way he spoke about others and to his staff! This man has no idea about good customer service or treating his staff correctly - his only aim is to make money whatever it takes.
Please avoid this dealer at all costs!

Do not buy a car from this company I have complained about the problems with the car I bought from them numerous times and never have they offered to look at it. I spent £390 having a service on the car/gearbox that did not solve the problem. I eventually contacted consumer advice/trading Standards and now will go ahead with their advice and have the car independently inspected. I had contacted the sales team on numerous occasions regarding my complaints I was then told to email Justin and Justin took over, the attitude of Justin who I believe to be the owner was confrontational, even to the point where he threatened me with legal action should I write a review about my poor service from them. Everything I have said above is True, how many times do you have to complain before something gets done?

DO NOT BUY FROM SJB CAR SALES I have just been though hell and back to reject a pile of rust they put thought a faulty MOT and attempted to hide all manner of issues with the Audi A3 they sold me SV10ZNE if you see this car for sale do not buy it I had to take it to a independent garage after there work force came back with a report to say the car was fit for use massive thanks to j&p auto for doing my inspection and also the independent inspector Gareth Rees who was sent down buy the finance company after sjb car sales attempted to not take the vehicle back after they told me the car was in perfect working order so I was then left with no option but to take it to a independent garage which I'm glad I did as j&p auto quicky informed me that the car had been thought a faulty MOT and none of the issues it failed on the day before I came to collect it had been done the vehicle had brake lines that where about to burst on the rear brake Gards were rotten and so is the vehicle it's self also the diff and heldex coupling where in need of changing as they had failed they had just plastered the vehicle in underseal trying there best to hit all the issues making the car unfit for road use and also putting mine and my childrens life at risk do no under any circumstances buy from these people they are crooks If it wasn't for j&p autos and the independent inspector Gareth Rees I would still be stuck with the pile of rust as the dealer was left with no option after the inspection but to take the vehicle back but put me though a month of hell because he like to sell faulty motors if anyone would like to see the video I have of under neath the car of the inspection I have back for the finance company then please get in contact what ever you do stay away from sjb car sales

Car was okay. Specifically asked before making the trip, is there anything about the car that I can’t see from the pictures. Rear bumper had a hole chopped out where a boy racer had made way for a massive exhaust and had engine parts in the boot where they had fitted a boy racer air filter to the engine and the parts taken out were left in the boot. Told me car would come with a full tank, it didn’t. Radio needed a code and didn’t work on viewing, told me when viewing (Sunday) they would call me Monday to sort, although didn’t receive a call. So the radio doesn’t work. That being said, the car seems okay, just not amazing service.

Excellent service from these guys.
Very happy with my new car.
Will be first place I look when I come to change my other vehicle.

I bought a car for this company and the quality of service was fantastic and I would highly recommend this company to anyone no pushy sales men and friendly service even done my mothers tyre pressures for her
