Poor communication and long delay

I placed an order with Skai-leer.nl on 3 January 2026 (Order #SK-37864). Shipping was already delayed by over a week, and despite sending a clear and polite email requesting an update, I have received no response at all.

As of today, I still have no shipping confirmation, no tracking number, and no explanation. The lack of communication is the most disappointing part delays can happen, but ignoring customers is unacceptable.

For comparison, I placed an order with Big in Fabric after this one and received my materials promptly with clear updates and professional service. Based on my experience, I will be using Big in Fabric as my primary supplier going forward.
