Ordered a Dogtown deck, after 2 months of waiting, they issued me a refund, which never turned up into my account. Won't reply to emails. Total scam. £90 down. Small claims next....

Ordered & Paid - few months later still no Skateboard. Asked for a refund, agreed to refund and a month later still no refund. Email & Phone number no longer active. Complete Scam.

Ordered a Orange Alva deck short stuff back in October 18th , money taken but no deck , order number 36-1895 if your reading this Skate360? No reply’s at all . Just another bad company, will try my legal team .if your not a scam how are so many people still waiting with no reply or correspondence, refund me or send my deck .

I ordered a Landyatchz Tugboat on the website and was going to pay directly via bank transfer, however I checked on here first and due to a couple of less favourable reviews, decided not to make the purchase/transfer. I explained this to Mark and he was very respectful of my decision. As a result I decided to use PayPal and trust the vendor. The board has arrived today and was also followed up with a text this morning from Mark advising of this. So from my experience I have only positive things to say. Great product at a great price with great customer service.

Ordered a skateboard on 27th April. After nearly 4 weeks and it still not turning up I asked for a refund. Another 2 weeks have passed and still no money. Currently down by £168.99. Not once have they answered the phone. Several emails after my enquiries saying they will ‘look into it ASAP’ but have never done anything about it. Are they in the process of going bust and just trying to scam as much cash as possible before then?

I purchased a board, which has never arrived. I e-mailed for updates, not reply. I tried to call to get updates, but that just goes to answerphone. Sometimes you get a text message back, and sometimes they reply to texts and seem helpful. Despite it allegedly being posted (as per a text message), no tracking details were given or order updates showing dispatch information were supplied.

However, after I called the card company and was charged back the amount paid, seamlessly I received a refund from skate360 email address

in short; buy from someone else! even if they do get shipped from Europe.

Great selection of boards and accessories available at 360 Skate store. I was looking for a Landyachtz that worked for me and Mark was very helpful in helping me decide, and even offered to upgrade the wheels for me. He knows his stuff! Lovely nippy board for local cruising and commuting... or as I do, skate to the coffee shop! Thanks again

Hi my purchase from skate360 finally complete after a long wait but it’s worth it. I really love the landyachtz dinghy skateboard cruiser, this was delivered safely. Although this was not my original purchase but was nice. They just need to update the online availability about the stock they have available. They sell good products esp I like landyachtz. Thanks to Mark for resolving my issue. Happy to buy again from skate360. Good luck Mark
