First time writing a review only reason I'm going through this process is because I think it'd be a disservice to the store if I didn't write one. Iv ordered multiple times every time my order arrives earlier than id anticipated! Also the customer service is excellent and very helpful. The products are top notch as well.

Excellent and Honest company to buy from. I ordered a pair of Nike shoes from them for my grandson and despite ME making an error with his address 'skatedeluxe' customer services were quickly able to help me rectify the error and the shoes were delivered - and my grandson is delighted with them!!

I invertedly ordered wrong size of Converse AS-1 pro shoe, contacted customer service on a Saturday and a great guy called Robert responded within 30mins and resolved the problem, and reserved shoes in the correct size for me to order and arranged a quick delivery so I would have the shoes for Holiday. Great service, great shoes and the best prices, now my go to shop for sports shoes

Outstanding customer service
I had a very positive experience with skatedeluxe.
I ordered two different Carhartt WIP backpacks, but after trying them I realized that neither one was the right fit for my needs. Throughout the whole process, the customer support team was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful.
A special thanks to Lukas, who went above and beyond to help. He answered all my questions, checked another backpack model for me before I decided to exchange it, and later helped arrange the return of both backpacks in a single parcel.
Everything was handled smoothly, and after inspecting the returned backpacks, the full amount was refunded without any deductions.
Excellent customer service from start to finish. I would definitely shop with skatedeluxe again and highly recommend them.
