I purchased a skateboard which showed a pink board and no where did it show other colors. They send me a blue board and will not take it back because they said it says in fine print that we "could get a different color" of course I didn't see the fine print. I will NEVER buy from them again! The board is new not unwrapped and they still wont take it back. Bad business

Amazing! Simply amazing! I absolutely am stoked on this shop. I have yet to visit the shop in person but just in the past month or two I have added 4+ boards to my already large collection. Since I live in California, you have to love the free overnight shipping. It’s better than Amazon and more reliable in my opinion. The only thing and it’s really not that big of a deal but I was surprised that they never include a shop sticker? Or ever give any discount codes, however there prices are already pretty fair. I will absolutely continue buying from Skatewarehouse.com. Happy customer for life!!! Sk8 or Die!!!

Always has good service I love this place so I have nothing bad to say about the company, but one thing I would say though for advice, is try to notify people that use air shipping for the following day the actual hours and when it really will take affect. Because some people are gonna expect to get their package at a certain time the following day and if you guys haven’t shipped it yet depending on the person they’re gonna be very upset. After a certain amount of time, it shouldn’t even be an optionto use air UPS or there should be like some kind of notification to let them know that the shipment might not be processed until the following day after a certain deadline.

I am really impressed with their customer service. These people are very patient and helpful! The prices are reasonable. I recommend this business to you!

Honestly disappointed at this company, their business hours suck, and if you place an order using card and put your billing wrong it still charges you and then have 0 customer service available to NOT reply to you due to their hours! And say you have 3 days to respond, WELL MAYBE IF YOU WEREN'T OFF FOR 3 DAYS?!

Ordered 3 sweatshirts on Thursday they arrived on Saturday morning all as ordered and the correct sizing, colour etc. Couldn't be happier.
The sales section on the site is much bigger than some large skate shops and is full of stock of kids, men and women.
Would use them again for sure.
Plus the people saying you have to match the credit address to the delivery address isn't true, you can set a delivery address whatever you please there is a box for this on the website, I got my items sent to different addresses than my own and differ to my card address.

I Googled a sold out bag by DC and Skate Warehouse popped up. I was skeptical that they had the sold out bag at half-price, but decided to take the risk using PayPal (just in case). Turns out they’re legit! Got my bag and sticker packs at 50% off, free shipping, and arrived in 2 days!!! Still dumbfounded.

Poor Effort from skateware house.. won't recommend or ever use there services again.. matching addresses to bank cards is some bull !!! If you pay for a item..they shouldn't be able to access if the payment to bank card addresses, that aren't the same... so if you have someone buy you something. It won't work !!! Kindly FECK YOU SKATEWARE HOUSE

I have been buying products from Skate warehouse since 2012 and have never had a single problem. If you're looking the cheapest and most affordable gear and apparel this is the place to look. I'm not quite sure how they sell goods for so cheap and make any profit but hey, it's amazing. They ship fast, usually include stickers with packages and every order comes with zero shipping fees. It can be hard to support your local skate shop when SW has everything for half off and it's all quality. Overall i've never had a bad experience of any sort buying product. This is definitely the place to purchase skateboard goods if you're on a budget or looking for more affordable gear.

I ordered a skateboard the evening of 12/12 and emailed them immediately to cancel as I wanted to pay with another method. I received an email the following morning (12/13) stating that they could not cancel the order becuase it has been processed. I responded to them and asked again that they not send the board and let me cancel and I will re-order with another payment method.
After no response to this email I recieved shipping confirmation saying they have shipped and provided tracking.
They completely ignored my quest to top the order after I asked the evening prior and immediately after I placed it.
They refused to refund and take the skateboard back.
Unbelievable lack of customer service. Now I will have to take it up with my bank to have them dispute it.

I've ordered 2 times from Skate Warehouse and the service was excellent. They seem to have the best prices and although the shipping can run a few days late, it's understandable right now. The 2 decks and other items were always carefully packaged and had no issues. The site runs well and easy to navigate. I won't hesitate to order again! The few negative reviews here seem to be fake and childish. I can verify my purchases so be careful when reading reviews that offer no info...

worst website and company ever worst items and fake boards DO NOT BUY FROM HERE NO MATTER THE PRICE their low prices are scams for plastic fake boards and UGLY clothes and UGLY shoes and they don't tell you what boards are made of on website so I got a fake skateboard horrible company they should refund no matter what IM SO FURIOUS WITH THIS WEBSITE

Horrible company horrible customer service.

Always delivers with no issues. They also assemble it together perfect every time, you just have to adjust your trucks yourself to find your balance. I have been using skate warehouse since 2010, I use it every year for a complete or a new deck, no issues.

Completely screwed up my order!
Then unlike many online companies today they made it right! Customer service was amazing very quick and kind. Figured out a way they could fix it right off the bat no questions asked. I couldn't be happier. Didn't once did I get the run around from these guys and they 2 day shipped the replacements.

Never had a bad time with Skatewarehouse. Their website design is great and straight forward, allowing you to find what your looking for with ease. I been using them for a long time and my packages always came in a reasonable time, their customer service is great, and their selection of products is amazing! Plus- They always send little stickers with whatever you order. Nobody hates stickers!!!

NEVER RECEIVED ORDER....WAS TOLD VIA EMAIL THAT IT IS PROCESSING AND WOULD RECEIVE CONFIRMATION BUT NOTHING. WAS CHARGED FOR IT AND JUST NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM ORDER. TRIED REACHING OUT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE...BUT THE # ON LINE IS NOT VALID AND ONE EMAIL COMES BACK AS INVALID

I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN BUT I AM STILL WAITING FOR SOME SORT OF COMMUNICATION AS TO WHERE OF IF I AM GOING TO RECEIVE THE PRODUCT ORDERED OR A REFUND DUE TO IT NOT BEING IN STOCK SOME SORT OF COMMUNICATION WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED
