Prompt delivery

I’ve just been to SK camping and leisure staff were very friendly and helpful. Showroom is brilliant. I have one small minor moan and that is that I have bought my first awning for A Van and when I got it home there were two poles missing from a flap on the awning, the gentleman who kindly showed me round explained that the polls did not come with the awning and I understood that to be the side which went on the van because there is no van to attach the awning to in the display area. There was also one awning inside which similarly was attached to a wall because there was no van to attach it to I was shocked to find the poles were not in the bag. The box hadn’t been tampered with and really in my opinion. There should be a sign on the awnings on display warning that these polls have to be purchased separately or when staff take your payment at the til they should also at that point ask do you want to purchase the two poles that go with the flap I have just driven all the way home after an hour and a half to discover they are not included. That’s it. The shop is lovely. Staff were great. I was told this is the first time this is ever happened, in other words that I have misunderstood what they said. I personally think they should just send two poles but now I have to source them myself and that is really the only downside otherwise I would highly recommend the shop.
