Ordered on the 24th April. No Delivery and no reply from Customer services, trainers got stuck in Belguim and then were returned to sender. Luckily I had paid by Klarna, I raised a dispute and within a day got a refund

I received a very unwelcoming service by a young member of staff / she was unfriendly and derisive. I would not use your services again until your staff is trained properly to help customers. The shoes do not feel 100% what I was looking for. She also tried to push me to buy socks which are mainly polyester snd ‘made in China’ ….

Should be ZERO stars. very shady & dubious business model for rewards program, attempted two days to order footwear online but everytime cannot redeem points/rewards as get a pop-up that " OOPS SOMETHING WENT WRONG & REWARDS ARE UNAVAILABLE BUT CAN STILL PLACE ORDERS TO CONTINUE GETTING POINTS " . BUT otherwise app works. hmmmm. strange. there is no contact info for Skecher's & Skecher's company branded stores cannot help, management stating Skecher's company retail & on-line are completely separate & independant of each other. uninstalled
app & plan on no more purchases with this company & will be
sure to pass on the sketchy business practice they do.

I like the style and the price. The stinky feet from wearing them makes them the only shoe I've had this issue with. I am
going back to Adidas, or leather and canvas. Not a fan.

Just like other reviewers here I’m STILL waiting for my order to clear customs in Belgium. I purchased my shoes from Skechers UK so why the hell are they in Belgium!? Emailing them is a total waste of time. This is my first and LAST order from Skechers online - pathetic for such a well-known brand!

Love Skechers trainers, have been buying them for my son for years as he finds their extra wide fit so comfortable. They've started this annoying trend of thinking everyone with extra wide feed must want black, when for us it's the opposite as it makes a chunky person's feet look smaller, ie not a good look. Black clothes on chunky bodies - great! Black shoes making feet look tiny, nope. Need new shoes so have to search for a new go-to brand now. If Skechers read this, please take note 🙏

We visited to buy new trainers before our holiday and everything was completed efficiently. I bought a pair which suited my feet and my wife bought a lovely pair of sliders. Cadi served us and she was lovely; friendly, helpful and efficient, answering our queries confidently. A pleasant shopping experience

Ordered on 23/04/25. Order being processed for a week on my account then finally shipped. Ups sent email with tracking due to be delivered today after 2 weeks. Still does not say out for delivery on tracker. How much longer ,went on line today and still reports parcel not collected from Belgium, if no news next week I will find a Sketchers store and collect, or find alternative model with another supplier.A lot of bad reviews on this site, perhaps the MD could not care less about his business!!

Worst customer service ever I don’t think it actually exists terrible is an understatement

Bought a women’s sketchers on the go 600 in August 2023 in Amazon India for my wife and was sparingly used for about an year and the sole n upper portion peeled off due to poor quality of binding material. On taking up with their customer service they reverted that ‘ this is not a manufacturing defect and this may be due to wear and tear.’ which is not the case as it was used for infrequently though such is the state of affairs. Where as the other brands she’s is using are fine n no such poor binding material issue. We had similar issue with her sketchers sports shoe too in the past.

I bought a pair of skechers lightweight shoes from a retail store and they said they were machine washable after the third wash they fell apart I contacted the company and they said since they weren't bought on skechers .Com they would not warranty them so I figured I would pass it on. They will not honer their warranty on their products unless you buy directly from them so you can't buy from a retailer what a ripoff I refuse to buy any products from them again this is a company that has gotten very greedy to the fact they now make their shoes in China they have lost a customer

Purchased shoes online and I returned them within 14 days and they never gage me a refund so I contact them after 30 days which they had got the shoes back and they said they look “worn” and not until I asked did they tell me! Like I want a refund for your terrible shoes! Never buy online sketchers Canada

Ordered shoes online from UK Apparently goods come from America. Goods are stuck in Belgium and I have no way of contacting Skechers. Oh and UPS just wash their hands of the order. SKEC-UK101578314

Visited your Livingston store today truly awful customer service walked round whole shop twice not one member of staff acknowledged us they more interested In what they got up to at the weekend left and went to pavers and got a pair from there and received better service on there than in their own shop. Staff should be better trained not idle chit chat about what they did at the weekend awful awful experience will not be back.

My boyfriend got a pair of shoe from Sketcher. It turned out a terrible shoe I have ever had. It hurt my feet. As I contacted to their customer service they stated "materials will degrade due to several factors including storage, maintenance and use (as would be the case with any shoe over a long period of time)", as I just wear under 10 times and found out their shoe cause my pain. Never buy them again.

Due to a bad back I bought two pairs of these and there not cheap. Thought they would be great for me, save me bending to put them on. Unfortunately every time I tried to slip them on the backs just forded inwards, to be honest very disappointing

I bought a pair of SKECHERS shoes a few months ago. I noticed very poor quality construction, they broke very quickly, and when I contacted to company's representation in Greece, they refused to replace them! So I lost my money, for sure!

I'm annoyed that these trainers have been shipped from Belgium as I believed they would come from u.k and now also hate they use UPS as the courier as they have rearranged my delivery date twice now, if they aren't delivered tommorow I will be cancelling the order im done with waiting now

As per other reviews my sketchers slip ins wore at the heel where the plastic is causing them to be unwearable. Two year guarantee is worthless and customer services unhelpful. so advise not to waste money and not to buy
