Good shop but poor communication
So, after my previous order of ski boots which had a manufacturing defect that made the inside of one of the liners dig in your foot I can say this about SkiBartlett. The orders are shipped quickly. The packaging is ok. You can return the items. They will refund if the item is faulty. The only problem is COMMUNICATION! They rarely answer emails, and because they are so busy they rarely ring you back. The staff are perfectly fine, and its easier just to ring them....
Dalbello DRS140 :- I wouldn't expect to buy a £600 pair of race boots to find you had glued the lining incorrectly making a fabric tuck. I think I'll go with Lange from now on.
