Doesn't worth 4 stars, not recommended for families with kids
Location: too far from the center of Les Menuires, although there is a free shuttle, but not recommended for families with little children, too far to walk for little kids while carrying your ski's and your childrens.
Room: for 6 persons (4 adults and 2 kids) we've got 2 bedrooms with separate beds, matras is not comfortable, the kids had to sleep in the living room on a sofa which "transforms" into bed, meaning one sleeps on a sofa and the second bed is under the sofa which you need to pull out. Rooms are very small, not enough space for all your staff. Kitchen and living is one small space. Refrigirator is very small for 6 persons, no microwave. The door of the fridge didn't shut good and had to push good before it finally shuts. When cooking the hood of the cooker was extremely loud.
No wifi in the rooms, only at the reception.
Ski rooms are ok for ski's but not for your ski boots since the boxes are not warmed and in the morning you get your boots ice-cold, not really nice feeling to start your ski morning with.
Have to pay for TV and cleaning after.
Swimming pool is ok, but water was ice cold, especially for kids and the place was dirty, went there once and that was enough.
Supermarket is quite far to walk, need to take a bus.
The village is small and no much activities to do with kids, have to go always to the center of Les Menuires by bus.
All in all had an impression of a cheap place with low quality materials. Good enough for young people without kids, but definitely no 4 stars apartment.
Positive points: friendly personnel and bakery service at the door every morning.
