1 star to 4…
What started out as a “random” charge to my bank account has ultimately tuned into a full refund, which was incredibly shocking to me considering the way this all happened. The customer support team ended up being incredibly understanding and responsive. Again, not what I was expecting at all. I still can’t say that I am in 100% agreement with the sales tactics and reoccurring charges, but I do have to give them props for being responsive and understanding. My big concern is with the number of people that don’t catch on to the fact that they have signed up for something they never intended to.
