I’m upset because they sent me 5 bottles of sunscreen that would expire by the end of this year knowing that I’m an international customer and it takes longer for delivery which doesn’t give me much time to use it. I tried to get a refund but I found out that it would cost me over $100 just to ship it back.

FIRST they charged me almost $20 ($19.87 to be exact) for something they normally — or at least currently— charge only $14 for. I’m assuming the higher price was to compensate for a tariff. THEN they charge a whopping $20 in shipping for an item that weighs less than 8oz only to be shipped at an absolute snails pace of a delivery time a month later. THIS WAS FOLLOWED BY receiving a random text two weeks AFTER it is delivered where they had the audacity to send a request for an ADDITIONAL TARIFF FEE (through FedEx supposedly— however FEDEX HAS ZERO RECORD of any additional tariff being required). What kind of scam are they running here? I will NEVER purchase from this company again.

As soon as unplaced the order, I received confirmation and tracking information. The product arrived much faster than expected and due to the excellent shipping method, was able to track my purchase every step of the way. Thank you for a fabulous service - you will be my go to shopping stop when I am unable to purchase the item in Europe personally

I ordered some sunblock 7 months ago, the tracking shows it entered this country then disappeared. Customs says the product wasn't detained (I did a trace) and the US Postal Service has no record of it. I have contacted their support multiple times, and Skin Lovers says it's not their responsibility and isn't going to reship or issue a credit. Note skinlovers replied "we're looking into it" - this is the third time they have "looked into it"

Dont fall in their traps. You will end up paying for products that will never arrive. You will receive no response and you will need to go back to your bank requesting their support to be reimbursed for funds used ghost products!

I have not received my order yet and I placed 2 weeks ago. Paid $13 for delivery and I can’t even track the shipment. Emailed the customer service but never replied. AVOID.

Unfortunately, I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience. I have yet to receive my shipment, which I ordered on December 9, 2024. This delay is unacceptable, and I am deeply disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication regarding this matter.
