Do not trust this company!
I would give them a negative one if I could regarding their subscription service. I have emailed them at least three times to cancel my subscription (since that is the only way to cancel), and despite this they keep sending me their products. They finally acknowledged and “canceled” my subscription after the last email well in advance of any shipping yet I received an email from them this morning saying they had shipped another bag to me! There is a name for this. It is called FRAUD!

I placed order of wrong flavor, send them a message right away,minute after my order had been placed. They still sent me the flavor I did not want. They then said I could send it back for an exchange but I would have to pay shipping and delivery. So, I just kept what I got and on my renewal order I again got the flavor I did not want. Awful customer service!
