Purchased a giftvoucher, but the company never answered the phone on the 8 occasions i phoned them. Itried emailling, whatsapp and online contact. No response what so ever. Luckily i was able to get a refund on the voucher.

Lol, and then they ask me to get in contact usin the number they never pick up!!!!

I’ve been going to Skinspace for around 8 months now to get laser hair removal all over my body.

Dee has been my therapist for the majority of the sessions and she has been amazing.

She makes you feel very comfortable throughout the whole process.

Really recommend her if you are new to getting laser hair removal, especially if you feel uncomfortable about the more private and sensitive areas.

I came in for an electroysis session at SkinSpaceUK with Yasmin, who was so helpful, friendly & supportive, she made sure I was comfortable before she began, and during, checking in with me multiple times through the process. She was able to be cordial & professional simultaneously, keeping the session chatty & comfortable, while still being clear, precise & to the point with important information, eg. regarding after-care & advice moving forward with how to prepare for future sessions.

I had a treatment at the Manchester Skinspace branch and this time I had Niloo who was professional, attentive and very good. All therapists at this branch are highly trained but Niloo has a caring attitude, explained everything properly, took her time and didn't make me feel rushed. You can tell customer service is very important to her so I would highly recommend asking for a treatment with Niloo when you next book.

Dee is really friendly! I don’t have full hair loss, however my hair is so much thinner, takes much longer to grow back and significantly reduced in growing hair and pain when shaving. I’m really happy with the results!

I have spent months and months trying to get an appointment after paying for 12 sessions up front and only having received 6 sessions so far. Even after raising several complaints and concerns about the quality of the treatments and the hygiene of the Bristol salon, no one has taken me seriously. I have paid £1000+ for laser hair removal, a service I am not receiving and I am fed up. All of the progress of my previous sessions has been completely reversed / stopped, and the whole point was to feel better in myself before my wedding this year and I feel back to square one. When I have been to the salon, the staff have been rude and the rooms unclean.

Honestly, I’d just like a refund at this point but SkinSpace won’t even do the good grace of releasing me from my contract and doing that. There doesn’t seem any point now in trying to complete my sessions - I’ve truly never experienced worse customer service.
