Don’t expect products anytime soon

So I placed my order 30 days ago today. I was super excited that I got to customize my lip stuff since I’m sensitive to certain oils. I’ve received two separate emails that it has shipped. One two weeks ago and a second this week. Yet if I got to track it all it says is the label has been created and not yet shipped. How are you going to not ship something a whole month after the order date. I’m starting to think I’ll never get my chap sticks, which sucks because I was planning on making customized gift baskets with lotions and stuff for Christmas gifts, now I know I won’t get it in time and not to bother.

I loved it!!!

I loved my body butters it’s was nicely put together and the shipment was fast. I loved I am able to pick my oils and butters as well as logo designs. I will continue to order from them in the future

Tracking info was added October 29th…

Tracking info was added October 29th and it’s still not updated to show it was ever received at the Post Office. It’s taken forever to even get it that far since ordering over a month ago. Hope eventually I’ll actually receive my products! I’ll never buy from this company again.

I do apologize for the long lead times as we are awaiting a shipment of Buck Naked Soap Company products that is located in Canada which is taking a little bit longer than usual to get through customs due to COVID-19. I gave 3 stars because of shipping time…

I gave 3 stars because of shipping time compared to other company's that sell similar product is less then 1 week of receiving .Skinz cosmetics shipping took over 3 months which is not acceptable when having a small business.Also I gave 3 stars because the scent I chose did not smell at all in the product and the scent doesn't last long but moisturizing aspect was good overall

We expect delivery times on orders going forward to be around 2 - 4 weeks for custom products. We lightly scent our custom products to avoid sensitizing the skin which is certainly a possibility when dealing with fragrances. However, we will update our website to give you and other customers the ability to choose how much scent you would like in the product.
