I appreciate no hidden fees. When booking a flight I appreciate knowing total amount to pay, fees , whatever at the time of payment, so I can decide if it’s feasible for me. I don’t like surprise fees added to my card that was hidden somewhere other than where you pay/ put in your card information.

can't use credits
I love skiplagged but I can't understand why I couldn't apply my $40 credit to my $60 flight??? then it looked like it was going to take $5 from the credit but ultimately did not so I had to pay full price. what is the point of accumulating credits you can't easily use???
