Book my son a one way ticket from Spain…

Book my son a one way ticket from Spain (Barcelona) to Thailand and wend he got to the Airport was told he was not able to used his ticket cause he had a lay over at the airport in India and did not have a Visa to enter , he tried to reach out to this company (skiplagged) and no help what so ever , he reach out to tried and get a refund are a credit in his account but no luck at all very sad his ticket was never used and we paid $808. Very poor system will never use this company again he had to purchase a new ticket of $1000. that morning . Be careful wend you used this company cause they are out there just to make money my son had and account with this company was very easy to give his a credit in his account instead of keeping his ticket . Not perfect but very good, expecially compared to all the others.

Honestly, skiplagged is my go-to. They always seem to have the best rates. However, -1 star because they don't make it easy to include nearby airports or dates in your search, and their displayed prices don't include hidden fees for extra "luxuries" like bringing a carry-on bag in case you're one of those rare weirdos who likes to bring a change of clothes on a vacation. So you won't get anything close to the price they advertise, and comparing prices between airlines is near-impossible since they have different baggage and fee structures and you can't see any of them until _after_ you choose a flight.

Lack of clarity of airline throughout booking stage

The booking showed a British Airways flight but upon confirmation of payment it was an American Airways booking.Yes I am aware they codeshare but it is easy to just indicate at the booking stage that it is a BA or AA flight with a code share not after confirmation. In addition there was no details of the flight like hand baggage only or anything .A little more transparency and clarity is needed!!!
