DO NOT BUY!

DO NOT BUY!! Purchased the SKLZ Quickster 12' x 6' Portable Soccer Goal and in 2 weeks and after 3-4x use, both rodes holding upper net sheared/failed. I've since been contacting this customer service since DICKs would not cover a return. No response after 3 emails since October, and no pickup on the telephone call. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND. Would give negative stars if possible.

Sklz Customer Service=0 Stars

If they had zero stars I would rate Sklz customer service a 0!!!! I purchased a soccer net in November. Ended up being a duplicate gift. Returned it via UPS as per their instructions on December 2, 2025. It arrived at their facility on December 5th, 2025. After numerous attempts to reach this company via their website, email, phone, Facebook, Facebook messenger, Insta, etc., I have still not been contacted by anyone at the company. The chat experts on their website are useless as well because they work for a company that contracts with Sklz. Andrew Paradise, the CEO of Sklz should be ashamed!!!

Injury risk and no customer service response

After six weeks of waiting for SKLZ customer service to reply, Now I would rate even lower. I bought my son a Hit-A-Way and strapped it on a pole outside. In less than two months he was hitting the ball and the strap disconnected from the pole and went flying around and he had to duck. The metal carabiner like hook broke in half. Thankfully that jagged metal hook did not hit my son’s face. I contacted customer service at their email help@, sent additional emails, got on the customer service chat and after five weeks, they still haven’t responded.

How can I trust the next product I buy from them won”t break off and injure my child?
How can I trust that they will T and behind their product when they haven’t thus far?

Terrible company- SKLZ

Terrible company, do NOT buy from them. Purchased from Big W marketplace a Sklz ( square up basketball posture ball alignment straps) as a present but turned out the child had something similar. Tried to return to BigW who advised me that I had to send back to company but that it would cost me nothing to do so. Turned out I not only had to pay for return postage But they also deducted 20% from my refund stating the box had been opened and the box was broken. Totally FALSE and incorrect!
When I Initially submitted the refund request I was told by them there would be a 10% fee applied because I was returning the item - as change of mind.
I pointed out to them there was nowhere, either on their website or BigW website which states they would apply this 10% fee but they just responded that this was their policy! Never buy from them!

No consideration for customers during Covid

I contacted customer support and they answered me the next day, which was quick and nice. I responded to them promptly and then they did not answer me anymore after that.
Turns out I ended up having to go pick it up (even though we are in covid times so they didn't consider that, obviously). Definitely the first and the last time I will order from this company. Very disappointing.

I would rate negative 5 if I could.

I have a golf net purchased from GolfGalaxy that broke after 2 uses. One of the plastic corner pieces snapped. I contacted customer service for a replacement piece and they indicated the net/parts was no longer available and they would send a refund ( I provided original receipt). It has been nearly 6 months ( I have been patient due to covid) and after multiple emails and there response "check is in the mail" I still have not received a refund. They have either blatantly lied to me or are totally incompetent. Now that Golf Galaxy is back open I will try my luck there. What a pain in the A@@!

Couldn't answer to the reaction of SKLZ but wanted to let you know that I was on the German Onlineshop .de.. It was in English but the shop domain was .de.

First: The shop is totally chaos. Some of the products for women are located at the mens collection. Not every article can be found, even if you look under the top category. Its interesting because sometimes you get recomendations for similar products at the buttom of the page, but only there and not in the general overview. It is tricky to find the products. Second: Even if on the homepage it says, that the products are in stock, I got 2 days later the information that they aren't any more.
Third: Sometimes you geht the payment and delivery confirmation one week after ordering, sometimes directy on the next day. It is not consistent.

Nice, quick and professional service

Very nice service. There was an issue with registering my payment, but customer service took hand of it very professionally, and it was resolved quickly and in a pleasant tone. I only rate four stars because the payment wasn't registered properly at first.
