My daughter discovered SKIN-RG while living in New Zealand. It was the only skin care that she’s ever used that cleared-up her dry acne prone sensitive skin. Her skin is beautiful now. I like the product BUT it leaks
I like the product BUT it leaks, and I have to keep the bottle on a tissue. Also meant I couldn't bring away with me. The product is lovely, but the dripper doesn't actually hold the serum, it just drips immediately and the bottle is a bit yukky on the outside.

Hi Loraine, I am so sorry to hear about your negatvie experience with the Oil Dropper, the droppers are usually a very reliable dispenser. In ths instance there must be a manufacturing fault with the dropper or bulb, it may have a tiny hole (which would affect the ability of the glass dropper to hold the liquid until it is squeezed). I will arrange for a replacement product to be sent you to you today. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience you have expereinced. kind regards Rob

However I do find it out of character for the Phoenix Super C which has won multiple awards not just for its incredible anti-ageing but also for its aroma which is a pure plant based aroma derived rom Orange Blossom also akin to Neroli. Do you dislike Neroli? I would like to speak to you personally about the strong smell being unpleasant, as every product personally goes through my hands and is meticulously formulated using only plant aromas. I have checked our bathc and can see no issue in the formular and we want to assure you that Phoenix in particular has won many awards for its n
natural and beautiful aroma. I would like to personally discover from you what you used before applying Phoenix, could it be that is was mixed with an unnatural product before hand? What did you use before using Phoenix. Has your smell changed recently? What other products did you use with Phoenix? If they are synthetic there may be a clash. I would be delighted to help you through what products may be more beneficial to your skin. I have so many questions to ask you.
