Good prices and short waiting time for getting time slot. Very nice stuff working there. Definitely will go back and start my regular maintenance there.
Good quality repair, at the planned time and did extra in service. Also living up to the promise of “German prices”, as the price was about 60% of what other places quoted.

Deliver dirty car after repairing
Bad customer service delivering the car back with full of mess form inside and outside with a lame excuse because of weather and more repair cases. If you think, you cant handle more work then limit it but it is nonsense to return a customer's car with full of dirt, etc from inside from your repair team. The same goes for outside, this is not a reason that the weather is bad so we don't clean from outside. If you dont then at least return back the car as you people receive it. Very much disappointed with the service and the guy at the reception. Please there should be some ETICS
