The biggest problem with Skruvat is not…
The biggest problem with Skruvat is not the products, but the delivery promises.
My last three orders have all arrived much later than the delivery times stated on the website. My latest order was promised within 4–7 business days and is expected to arrive after roughly twice that time.
After three similar experiences, I no longer consider this bad luck. I consider it a pattern.
This was my last order from Skruvat.

Your most recent tire order was affected by delays with the carrier due to increased demand, which we sincerely regret.
Your third most recent order was also impacted by high pressure on both the supplier and the transport provider for the same reason.
However, we are pleased to note that your second most recent order was delivered in line with the estimated delivery date.

Packet did not contain parts ordered…
Packet did not contain parts ordered and payed for, even if it was listed on the manifest. Tried to contact Skruvat for rectifying but almost 2.weeks later no parts has arrived. The would look into my case and come back. So after several years as a customer, i will never order here again.
Skruvat states this was due to a manufacturer error wich is not the fact. A complete part was not sent, it was stated on the manifest from skruvat but did not appear in the shipment.
I told skruvat that they could just send part missing, but they credited the part leaving me to reorder and get another shipping cost

We are truly sorry that some parts were missing from the set. Unfortunately, this was due to a manufacturing error. I can see that your set was returned at the end of February and that your refund was issued at the beginning of March.
Kindly note that we are not able to send out replacement orders directly, as the supplier requires a new order to be placed by the customer.
