Customer Service & Delivery Issues
I had contacted Skybad on the PHONE and spoke to a customer service representative in English. I had concerns about shipment to Nice, France since the local courriers are terrible. I said DPD is the worst and UPS and Colissmo (Frenc Post Office) are better. DPD has the tendency to drop off heavy items at a pick up point that's nowhere near Nice and I was ordering a heavy sink, siphon and other bathroom items. I was told it would be handled by a German logistics company and then handed over to a local courier. After I ordered, I received tracking from DPD. While I was in Milan during my bathroom renovation, I tracked it on the German DPD site and it said it was delivered to Luce, France on September 24. My contractors told me nothing had arrived. Skybad proposed sending another shipment. I told them it must be delivered before I come back from Milan. I had ordered a Duravit Vero that's suspended to the wall and the contractor told me a drop in sink had arrived. I told him I would deal with it when I arrive. When I arrived back to my apartment I saw the original order was in the kitchen unopened. The original order had the correct sink. Now Skybad is telling me they will invoice me for the second shipment when they sent me the WRONG sink and DPD tracking which I screenshot still says the original order was sent to LUCE. I proposed that Skybad send me a shipping label to return the wrong sink and duplicate items. I would have to pay someone to take the heavy package to a pick up center so I would still be out the money.
