Customer Service & Delivery Issues

I had contacted Skybad on the PHONE and spoke to a customer service representative in English. I had concerns about shipment to Nice, France since the local courriers are terrible. I said DPD is the worst and UPS and Colissmo (Frenc Post Office) are better. DPD has the tendency to drop off heavy items at a pick up point that's nowhere near Nice and I was ordering a heavy sink, siphon and other bathroom items. I was told it would be handled by a German logistics company and then handed over to a local courier. After I ordered, I received tracking from DPD. While I was in Milan during my bathroom renovation, I tracked it on the German DPD site and it said it was delivered to Luce, France on September 24. My contractors told me nothing had arrived. Skybad proposed sending another shipment. I told them it must be delivered before I come back from Milan. I had ordered a Duravit Vero that's suspended to the wall and the contractor told me a drop in sink had arrived. I told him I would deal with it when I arrive. When I arrived back to my apartment I saw the original order was in the kitchen unopened. The original order had the correct sink. Now Skybad is telling me they will invoice me for the second shipment when they sent me the WRONG sink and DPD tracking which I screenshot still says the original order was sent to LUCE. I proposed that Skybad send me a shipping label to return the wrong sink and duplicate items. I would have to pay someone to take the heavy package to a pick up center so I would still be out the money.

Reliable delivery to Finland

Ordered a toilet seat with wall mount. Items were in stock and delivered to trucking company next day. It took just 12 days for 60 kg shipment to arrive. Tracking code was not correct first, but reply to emal with correct code was very fast.

They denied to deliver to Romania

They denied to deliver to Romania, saying that’s not logistically possible for them.. when absolutely every transporter is implanted in Romania, as dpd, that they use, as we could read on other reviews.
Anyway, when we see all the complains related, it’s maybe better for us. We will order to somewhere else.

Villeroy and Boch basin purchase

Highly recommend using this company. I know it can be daunting purchasing from abroad, I am in the UK, but my experience with this company has been faultless. Ordered a Villeroy and Boch basin on 21 Jan 2020. I could see it was a non-stock item that would take 2-3 weeks. Paid using PayPal and opted to pay in Euros using the option on PayPal payment page as I had read this incurred smaller bank and PayPal charges. Item arrived in less than 14 days.

Excellent customer service

Ordered a couple of Bathroom items online, items were shipped next day. DPD the courier firm routed the parcel incorrectly and then reported the parcel as lost. Skybad.de were extremely helpful and offered to send replacement items the very next day without any delay.

Thankfully DPD found the items and I received them a few days later. Excellent service and would definitely shop with again.
