Terrible, always the same names coming out as the winners, if you play free bingo for a year straight you'd be lucky to win twice, shocking

Would give it no stars if I could, promotions are pathetic, hosts are like little hitlers should you dare to say anything not “positive” you get a chat ban. God forbid you should notice all the same winners and dare to mention it. Then add in all the changes the site has made and made the site a complete joke. Don’t even get me started on all the brown noser’s up every chat hosts arse pretty much 24/7 chasing chat games because they are so desperate to get a free £1 bonus. Pathetic. Stick your stupid blatantly fixed site where the sun doesn’t shine!

Appalling customer service. Wait 20 minutes while they look into it. They then come back to ask what happened again. Spent over £150 to qualify for their platinum loyalty room on Sunday. Lots of people couldn’t into the loyalty rooms they qualified for. Lots of people moaning in chat about poor customer service. They’ve had over a day and a half to compensate or advise the rooms will be played on another night. Technical issues happen but you need to compensate your customers not just be money grabbing!

Since the site update it's been shocking, get booted everytime I'm in a chat room and get screen freeze, it puts you off playin and it's annoying

I love Sky Bingo and Sky Vegas, definitely the best sites out there. Lots of different bingo rooms and loads of different games. I have had some decent wins on Sky Bingo and Sky Vegas and I never deposit more than 25/30 quid in one deposit They have just changed the layout of the site and I didn’t like it at first but now I find it’s actually better and easier to navigate around. There’s always lots of promotions and stuff going on and I find them to be quite generous with their bonuses. Definitely one of the best sites out there

Very rare payouts, not sure if they have bots as both my names have been copied. And I see these win. You have to search for promotions and quite often you miss out as they don’t inform you properly. Lay out is not as good as it was. The room pictures all look similar and the writing is tiny so it’s harder to find your room. I used to rate this site but it’s not been very good for the last 2 years.

Sky continues to be my favourite online gambling site for bingo and slots. Very reliable and good choice of games. I have four stars instead of five as they have recently changed their promotions on the bingo site and they’re not as good as they used to be

4 stars because nobody is ever perfect !!! just an average gambling site, easy to manouver and plemty of interest.

since you have changed layout on bingo i cant play on laptop becouse numbers called just freeze so im forever coming out of room to go back in and game is nearly over. there be 5 numbers called an freeze then go out of room straight back in an house is playing. unless this issue is resolved il not be depositing no more, cant enjoy a game of bingo. an allways everyday same winners not fair play at all, untill things improve il stay with paddy power.

Used to be good nes changes to hard

It needs to increase players winnings a bit more.
Before sky bingo did the last update, I found it used to be fair, enjoyable, entertaining and relaxing.
Im considering finding another site if this one stays as it is. 😔
It's a shame because this used to be a really good site.

Do not like the new layout prebuy is terrible it jumps and buys tickets in random order not how you select the numbers are not clear like they used to be on the old layout and it’s a waste of time trying to play the chat game on new layout overall very disappointed with sky

I loved it once I had got used to the different symbols as it is very updated and Ty enjoy playing

you have changed the layout of the bingo which i dont like .if i was to play my fav slots fluffy favourites i have to now open the bingo page to play it and i cant see the small in screen game as its soo tiny.

I’ve found sky bingo to be a fair chance of winning and offers lots of Choice of games.

The new layout I just can not get use to it find it a lot harder and if i want to play two rooms then I am playing one of them blind. not enjoying it at all.
