the new bingo site layout is like going back in time. Don't change what isn't broken. I f it was an upgrade, it was an upgrade for the worse it is absolutely diabolical!

Very low winning odds. Significantly lower than on similar sites like Coral, Bet365 etc. I have been playing for a few years and it never changes on this website. No big wins and I always end up loosing money. Disappointing experience.

I don’t think I trust the way this site is actually doing the bingo calls. It’s heavily favoring certain players. All these consumers must have a point, otherwise why would it get such dreadful reviews? It just doesn’t seem to bother the developers either, which I find particularly interesting. How much money must they be making to not give a jot about the constantly bad reviews?!!

Good choice of bingo games is only good thing.
Chat rooms have become a nightmare, every hour chat ask for feedback on promos, if give constructive criticism they get passive aggressive and say the promo is fun and everyone likes it, it must just be youuu! The person gets either a chat ban for being negative or feedback is passed on and few days later all their promotions are taken away from all Sky products.
Just seen it happen today so switched off.

If asked for feedback kiss their a*se and will be given top tier tickets, with ticket number close to winners, not ones 30000-100000 away, fair winners scheme haha, more like same winners scheme.

Absolutely shocking tbh, the return on bingo games is pretty much non existent.

my partner had her chat name changed and then next day accout suspended due to waiting for documents. 1 she never asked for her name to be changed and 2 i was playing it for her on wednesday last week and thursday her account was locked and now just chatting to them and found out there's no phone number for them and no address of head office

Have been a member for years but only spend £5 a week . the bingo is ok but I have to agree with what I"ve read on most reviews, time & time again its the same people winning. If its a cash bonus for 1 or 2 to go you can bet you last £1 you"ll still need at least 3.... The slots played quite a few times only ever won once, as for free spins you need to be ole J.C with your bucket of miracles. Not the best but certainly not the worst. Been playing on this site regularly for 14 years. The site used to be really great up until about a year ago. So many changes. Making everyone change their names, updating the site when there was nothing wrong with it and now they have blocked me from all promotions with no explanation. Talking to CS is completely useless, like talking to a brick wall they don't even know about anything going on. Can also be quite blunt and rude. Taking away the promotions was the final straw for me, will no longer give them my money and have gone to another site like a lot of old players. Seem to be weeding out the old players and giving everything to new players. Lost a long time customer here

Was ok till update sites terrible now
They removed any promotions from my account and now say I have been blocked from all promotions for no reason which I only found out by contacting customer service.
