Terrible service. The customers' service SEEMS very helpfull as long as no transactions are made yet. Once you do, they find one reason after the other to take your money: insufficient information will probably lead you to having to create a second account (and even others), then they make transactions without your permission and claim it's you (being new) who made the mistake (and you can't prove the contrary of course), then - even though the calculator tells you "Total Custums: 0$", you end up paying almost 30$ which they justify as: "Actually there is no customs to pay, only the VAT 17.5% of the cost of the goods, plus the processing fee, plus the brokerage fee". I made an order on amazon for a total cost of 43,91€ (a small package of 0,75kg) and I ended up paying 79,62 to skybox to get it delivered (USA => Barbados)

Utter disgrace. We were forced to chage our box to a new one. Since we got this, the internet keeps dropping out, impossible to watch a film continuously! Worst service EVER!!

I was over charged on the shipping for two packages. This was one Temu purchase consisting of 4 items. Skybox charged me triple what I paid for all 4 items together and sent them in two separate shipments. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!!

Returned new Skybox after multiple problems.
I received my new white Skybox on 9th June after my old black metal box stopped working after 10 years. Returned it and got the old model on 3rd July. New box crashed 2 times, had to unplug for 15 minutes. Many programs scheduled to record did not record. Many recordings were done in multi sections, my recorded was 10 recordings for a 1 hour program. Some just a few minutes, some parts overlapped, some parts missed altogether .Remote felt very plastic and so sensitive, bump it and it changes to something else. Fast forward is very erratic, picture freezes. Planner doesn’t show what is recorded or scheduled without clicking on the icon. Going into the Guide cuts off all picture and sound, the original box keeps the sound and picture in top part of the screen. The only advantage I can see is that you can record 5 programs at once instead of 2. Happy with the original Skybox now back in my home.

I spent 3 days chasing the company as the goods were not booked in. Spoke to Jose and he claimed nothing had arrived and the person who signed for the goods didnt exist.
Since then they have taken 8 payments totalling over $1000, they will not respond to my emails, Direct messages and they never answer the phone.
I cannot find out where my goods are, if they have been shipped and if they have, which courier was used.
It does not deserve to be called a business. I am now having to get the police to seize my goods.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. This company is the epitome of a terrible, subpar and fraudulent business. Customer service is terrible, no one is ever available. I've sent several emails (they have no phone, RED FLAG NUMBER 1) and every time it's the same update, its under processing. It's been over a month since they've received my package and has not shipped it. Charged shipping expenses yet hasn't shipped it. Shipping cost is HIGH. They don't have a CLUE of what's going on in their business. They continuously keep changing the date to make it look like the package has just arrived in my country. Absolutely ridiculous and sketchy. JOSE FROM SKYBOX is the only person they have available as customer service and he HAS NOT ONE CLUE OF how to represent this stupid company. RIDICULOUS. I've reported this business. They should be BANNED.
Pure scam
Pure scam, waiting 2 months for each package, charging every time more and more. Now they invented a dimensional weight wich is 3 times more than fiscal weight to charge even more. Shipping cost is higher than cost of the product. Ridiculous. Will never use it again.

Company overcharges shipping, don't respect the customer when you need assistance. They charged me (again) on 04 parcels after a month after I have received, saying they had a system error, asked for refund and denied.

I decided to open a Skybox account because Club Premier had a promotion for additional miles, I should have taken into account the first red flag that the reward wasn't was was advertised, but it was just the beginning of the hell ride with this company.
Where can I start? well probably the processing time, they will hold your package for up to a week before charging you for the freight, insurance and import taxes, then it will take up to 2 weeks to receive your package with the total time from placing the order to actually receiving the product on your address averaging to 5 weeks in 4 shipments, the fastest being 4 weeks but most of them were delivered in over 5 weeks.
Now the little regard they have for you as a customer, I received a deffective product and I contacted the supplier who offered a great service to try and fix the issue, after a couple of weeks trying to fix the product it was determined that it must have been damaged during shipment, and to send it back so I could get a replacement or a refund, however, I realized that sending it back would cost pretty much a brand new product, so I decided to contact Skybox for assistance, they gave me a number that doesn't work and told me that the insurance, that supposedly covers damaged product won't be covering this shipment and they gave me no reason for it and just told me to contact the supplier.
Lost over 2K USD dealing with this company, please avoid at all costs.

This skybox is horrible. There service the most terrible services have ever seen. They received my package since December and said they can not ship dangerous goods. They said I can provide a local address within the Uk. I gave them UK address to give the quotation of how much they are going to ship it that address, going to two weeks they never give me any quotation, I have sent several emails. I chatted with their customer care in the US they said they have not received the quotation from their UK office. I don't know this kind of shipping company, maybe they are just receiving the item and take it themself, because of the way these people are doing I am not sure that they are not scam people. No one gave a good review.

Please stay away from this company and its services. My personal experience has been terrible, their level of service is one of the lowest i have ever seen, no response for the goods on transit and what is worst no clear rates so at the end of the day you don't know if they are charging you correctly or arbitrarily. If you ever try to get a response from their customer services you will be deceived.
