Don’t hold your breath waiting on your order!

Don’t hold your breath waiting on your order to arrive or to be shipped for that matter!
I placed my order on 10-31-19 and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT .. they claimed they sent me a confirmation stating it would ship in 12 days ......but I didn’t receive that either.
Even using their dates it been 17days and still NOTHING.
IF YOU TRY AND TALK TO THEM YOU GET SENT TO VOICEMAIL..
IF YOU EMAIL THEM ITS LIKE TALKING-TO A DRONE..
Bottom line is ,If ya don’t really need what your ordering in a timely manner then this is the place to order it, BUT if you need it in the foreseeable future DON’T ORDER IT HERE!
I gave them one star because I think you have to or I wouldn’t have given them that.

I am sorry to hear you were disappointed with your recent shipping experience. I do see your order was placed at the end of October. I do see the Grayhill 30-1 Switch, Push-Button, is not one of our stock items and will have a lead time noted on the website when the order is placed and also noted in the confirmation email.

I do see we missed your phone call at 16:51 on November 27th, I apologize as we were light staffed the day before Thanksgiving, and we had replied to your email a few days later on Sunday. We do experience an influx of emails and calls before the Holidays.

If lead time is noted as the item is backordered, then we order the item from our supplier to send directly to you. Unfortunately, in this case, the lead time was extended for this particular part, and therefore you are correct, your order did not ship within the usual timeframe.

I am sorry your experience was less than stellar for this order and will be working on a better way to communicate back-ordered item status updates with our customers. I appreciate your feedback.

Ordered case of Krylon 1307 Battery…

Ordered case of Krylon 1307 Battery Protector. Could have given better than 1 star if it didn't take 3 weeks for them to start shipping process. And they only did that because I complained about it. It took them four days to respond. Still waiting for delivery. Shop elsewhere.

I paid for an expedite fee for a same…

I paid for an expedite fee for a same day air shipment shipment. At the same time I also bought more of the same product from a competitor on e-bay but at a lower price and with "standard" delivery. Both items arrived on the same day and took a week to arrive. SkyGeek's product clearly was not shipped expedite, despite the premium freight adder.

I am sorry to read you were disappointed with your recent shipping experience. It looks like the item was shipped on the same day it was ordered via FedEx 3 day service from our warehouse in NY, and was delivered 3 days later.

The expedited order charge is to guarantee that orders placed before 3 pm EDT are shipped the same day.

Only snag in the process was that I…

Only snag in the process was that I could not order via your website. It would not let me actually submit the order, so I had to call instead... which is not a big deal, but wanted to let you know the website is not working properly.
Of course, working directly with the team is great and I love being able to walk up the hill to pick up my stuff personally!
