Terrible service
Terrible service. Ordered a part I needed overnight and paid for overnight shipping, then was notified by email that night the order would not ship for 5 days. I tried to cancel the order but was told it was too late to cancel. 6 days later the item shipped. Will never order from SkyGeek again.

My order was only partially filled. No explanation of why it was incomplete... Kind of hard to replace both cleveland brake pad liners w/only 3 pads (yes I need/ordered 4), no rivets or rivet installation tool???

It looks like when the order was placed we had 1 in stock. On the order confirmation email, we would have noted that we had 1 in stock, and the remaining 3 would ship separately once they came in. The 3 ordered pads shipped before your original order shipped, and this is why it would have been confusing. We reached out with the tracking for the package containing the final pad and tools, so you should be all set now. We are looking into this on our end to make sure the availability of products is as clear and as up to date as possible so this doesn't happen again to you or someone else. The products were very good, but late
The products were very good; however, I paid extra to get it delivered in 3 days. It took three days just for them to fill the order and ship. The 3 day shipping turned into 10 because the shipping was 3 business days, which if had been shipped the day after ordering would have arrived within 4 or 5 days.
