Booked Airport Lounge
I needed to make a small change with my booking so contacted customer services. The response was very helpful and was sorted out quickly. I received an email confirming my changes promptly. I would certainly use Sky Parking Services again and have recommended them to friends.

Very helpful and polite
I had an issue when making my booking online, the payment went through but had no confirmation of booking. I contacted customer service and explained what happened, Mark was brilliant all dealt with and sorted instantly- no problem at all. He was very helpful and polite, would definitely book with them again.

Very very disappointed NOT meet and greet
Very very disappointed as paid for meet and greet and it is in fact a car park that is nearby to the airport entrance. You even have to go into a reception area to hand over your keys. This is NOT meet and greet. Misled and annoyed.
