Really bad payout on bonus on slots, it’s nearly impossible to hit a bonus and when you do it doesn’t pay out. Avoid this site.

I love the variety of games and the bonuses on offer. My only pet peeve with the site (the reason I gave it only 4 stars) is that on the daily prize machine if I dont get the bonus spin win, but win, I only ever win 1 free spin. It seems to never stop on anything else its been nearly a year like that now, It seems like it's a predetermined amount regardless of the spin this seems very suspect especially because of the length of time its been happening, at least with the bonus win it fluctuates between 3,5 or 10 free spins so it seems more random. Other than that I love the site it's 1 of my favourites. 😍

Play on many casino's where you get a run for your money. Opened an account here to try it out. Have to say the RTP doesn't seem right. Near impossible too bonus and I only play minimum stakes. Also not as much as a free spin for a new customer. I know the story win some lose some. But you like value for your money.

I have used skyvegas for over 5 years now. I have had various issues with payouts on slots and withdrawal of winnings. It does what it says on the tin but it is essentially the same as any other bookmakers. Their customer service isn't great and I have been mislead by odds with sports bets due to glitches that they refused to accept responsibility for, even when confronted with evidence to prove it. They could do a lot better but expecting honesty and fairness from a bookies is an exercise in futility. The house always wins

I am a loyal player and spend alot of money..bonuses on thursday 26th march stated i waa due money as a loyalty bonus
.also to open 1 of 3 boxes to win a prize..i never recieved any of these..very rare i get any loyalty bonus or anything else from sky vegas so when you give then take away i feel this is extremely unfair

I'm not a big gambler and I haven't used that many gambling websites/apps, certainly not all that are out there, but I have found Sky Vegas to be one of the better ones. The layout/design is clear and easy to navigate and there is generally a good range of promotions available. Their customer service is excellent too, quick response times and they have always been able to resolve any issues more or less straight away. I have the odd issue with the app glitching, but it is generally very reliable. I'd like to win more often, but so would everyone. The only other thing is that having been a customer for 15+ years, I used to get a birthday bonus every year, but I haven't had one for the last 1-2 years, possibly longer, and it's a shame as it was a nice treat and made me feel valued as a customer. Overall though, it's still an enjoyable experience.
