Purchased an item on 14.1.2020, today is 4.2.2020, after emails not answered, phones not answered, Facebook messages ignored, I still do not have my product I paid for. Very poor service

Excellent service and speedy delivery. Can not fault this company. I would definitely recommend them to all.

This company got my order wrong and so I returned it. It was entirely their mistake but they refused to reimburse my postage costs and so I am out of pocket.

My advice is, do not use.

A very good shopping experience. This was my second shop with Slapiton and would use them again.

It has been 31 days since ordering perfume with this site. I have sent three emails. The first email received a response to say that the product is being dispatched, but the last two have been ignored. The phone number does not connect - says 'user busy'. I have no idea what the next step is, but just wanted to warn anyone looking to purchase from Slapiton.

Great service and a very competitive price. What more could you ask for. I had a hitch when the auto address fill missed off my house number, but once this had been corrected, the delivery was very quick. Well done Slapiton!

I am a new customer to Slapiton. I found the purchase through the website very easy, their prices competitive and no suprise delivery fees at check out. Their despatch and therefore delivery by Royal mail was very quick. I would recommend as a supplier who gives good service.

I have never found an item I am after out of stock yet either.

I ordered from them 2 weeks ago. No product. No reply to email or telephone calls. Obviously the product was out of stock. Why have a telephone number, when calls are not answered? In the past they have been okay. They answered the phone. I don't know what has happened to them. If they do not start to treat their customers well, they will go out of business, as they will get a terrible reputation. I will never use them again.
Edit: I just got through, after 2 hours. They said that the bad reviews were fake. This is not a fake review. They said they were having trouble getting the item I was trying to buy from Opi. WHY IS THE ITEM ON THE WEBSITE WHEN IT IS OUT OF STOCK???? Removed them from my phone book. 1 star still stands.

Ordered advertised 5 working days for delivery, 3 weeks later it arrived too late for the present I ordered for and no communication for delay.
No answer to calls or emails. I returned the product and 3 weeks later still no redund still no answers from them. I wont be using again.

Ordered Giorgio Armani Aqua Di Gio Profumo 125ml from them. They were the cheapest on the internet. 4 days later a brand new, sealed bottle arrived. I checked the manufacturing date and it was only 3 months old, so not old stock.
Saved over £25 compared to Boots. Totally genuine product, easy to get through on the phone & reliable service.
I'll definitely buy from them again.
