Very responsive and addressed my concern with an hour, on a holiday!

Hi! Just to say thank you for my order delivered today. The mobile cart for my SimplyGo Portable Oxygen Concentrator is just what I needed to help me get around a little bit better. Good price, good product, great, free 2 day delivery service. Again, thank you! The entire online purchasing process was a "breath of fresh air!"

I ordered an item on Monday and received it on Wednesday. It was as advertised and arrived in perfect shape. I was very impressed with the service and contact from the company.

I purchased a mask for my mother in law. They had the best price online. Delivery was fast. Unfortunately the plastic piece on the mask starting cracking after a month and a half of use. I contacted customer service via email. Rocky was GREAT !!! He got me a replacement shipped out in 2 days. Now that's AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

In the age of increasingly frequent interactions with mindless AI chatbots I am genuinely impressed and delighted by the level of actual human, personalized customer service they offer. They seem to have no end of patience for my seemingly endless questions, and respond quickly and thoughtfully. Plus, their website is clear, their deals are great, and delivery is super fast. 10/10.

What makes a good company to a Fabulous one, is based on Top Notch and outstanding Customer Service and Representation. My experience with this company went well over my expectations. I have been dealing with this company for a few years and prices and service are really good. I needed to replace my 6 year old resmed airsense 10 autoset which was starting to be noisy and they had the best prices on the web, I verified prices with many other dealers and they had the best price plus they offered a 5 years waranty which many other dealers did not. I wanted to talk to a sales Person instead of just buying on line so I called them and spoke with Izzi which answered all of my questions with no rush and courtesy so I placed my order with her on a monday and received my order by wednesday at noon! Well, that's what I call fast service, it was sent in a solid a box and in perfect condition. Great prices and top notch service, that's what you get with this company!

Not only do they have the best prices, SleepEh's service is prompt, courteous, and very helpful. Izzy and Steve are both excellent! They got back to me within a few hours to address any questions that I had (e.g., how to decide on how to size the mask?). The CPAP (ResMed AirSense 11 Autoset) and mask (Dreamwear Full Face Mask) that I purchased from them are both top quality. I like the touch screen interface of the AirSense 11, and the facemask keeps a good seal even when I don't shave for a few days.

Top notch in every aspect. Excellent communication and super fast shipping. My price and customer services received represent an excellent value and I would not hesitate to recommend sleep eh to my family and friends.

Paid for express shipping and order was delayed due to weather so they refunded the express shipping cost. Very responsive and great product will be my go to for my cpap accessories
