Fantastic mattress
Delivered 7 days ago. Absolutely delighted with the nrem mattress, I suffer with alot of spine problems and a lot of pain, also I have fibromyalgia. This mattress is ideal for me, I've had it a few different ways and I've found my best way, medium /firm, my husband has his firm. No other mattress is available to get your perfect sleep requirements for each person that sleeps on it. I would highly recommend it to anyone who has pain with bones and muscles. It's just perfect.

We decided to purchase this mattress in January of this year based on the sales reports and feedback. My wife suffers from Osteoarthritis in the back and hips and i suffer from ME/CFS. Purchasing this mattress was the worse decision i have ever made as our pain levels have risen since using this mattress no matter what the combination of tablets. The zip on one side has become broken which makes it all in all the worst mattress we have ever purchased. We have now purchased a new mattress and are starting to get a decent sleep. Proves this mattress is not suitable for everyone and overall loss of money and terrible experience.
After contacting this crowd it is clear from not only my reviews of this mattress and there customer support but others as well that when it comes to being wrong they will not admit it. Designed for pain sufferers, yes and makes you worse. I have offered them this mattress back which they have refused. Customers services is non existent, stay well away and i will be sharing this on Facebook, atrocious!!

We are really sorry to hear that you and your wife's pain has worsened since using our mattress. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that our mattress will act as a cure or pain reliever for you as there are many other external factors.
However we do offer a 100 night money back guarantee, and we feel that 100 nights provides ample time to identify whether a new mattress is right for you or not. If you had found the mattress unsuitable in the first 100 nights then we would of been happy to arrange collection and a full refund for you as per our guarantee period.
With regards to your zip we do offer our mattresses with a 10 year manufacturers warranty and will happily look into any defect with the mattress as per this warranty. Unfortunately however you have not contacted us to advise of this default.
If you are still struggling with your foam set up and then zip in your mattress then please email us and we will be happy to look into this for you.

Got this mattress for my wife due to her having fibromyalgia as well as degenerate disc disease, and due to the different densities of each removable cushion pads, she has a better nights sleep and a less painful morning, I also love it myself its very well made with great detail and material and doesn't move the opposite side of the mattress when when I jump on, well worth the money you certainly get what you pay for that heavenly feeling on your legs after a hard days work priceless

Very happy with mattress! Actually getting a good night's sleep! I suffer from chronic pelvic pain and this mattress is a life saver! Definitely recommend it and the monthly payment plan is very affordable!

Product excellent, other aspects, in our situation, not good at all.
Delivery problems and lack of communication was very shabby and we had to make numerous phone calls both to the transport company and the manufacturer to resolve the issues. My wife and I had to lose 3 days work ,sleep on the floor and cancel appointments to accommodate deliveries and non deliveries of this otherwise brilliant mattress.

At first I wasn't convinced I would have a better sleep in this mattress however I was at the end of the road and decided to give it ago. Even more so because there was no upfront costs, direct debit was an option and because there is a money back guarantee attach to the purchase. This mattress is designed for those who have a ranger of health issues to do with the muscular system and nerve system. I have fibromyalgia and dread going to bed at nights due to be uncomfortable however I've slept on this mattress over 2 weeks now and have had good quality sleep.
