Tweakable USP!

Like many of Tweak’s customers, we had been through several memory foam mattresses but had always returned them within the 100 day trial period for various reasons. Too firm, too soft, needs turning too often etc. My wife prefers a softer mattress and I prefer a firmer mattress. We especially liked the ability to order or tweak your initial mattress choice for free. That is probably the sole reason why we have decided to keep this memory foam mattress beyond the 100 day trial period. The ability to tweak depending on whatever aches and pains you have that week is genius! I have discovered that I still need to turn the mattress every three weeks to help with my bad back but the tweaking is the main reason for keeping it.

The best mattress I've ever had in my life :)

I've had my mattress for 3 month. Before I've had it my sleeping efficiency was never above 65% and could never get more than 5 hours of sleep a night.
It used to take me over 45-60 minutes in bed to get a sleep. As well as having an interrupted sleeping and used to wake up at least twice every night because of the discomfort I had while having my previous mattress.

Now, my sleeping efficiency is above 82% and I wake up very well rested.
Moreover, N:rem mattress has helped a lot to reduce my snoring level by having my head very well positioned along with my body.

I am 33 this June and I can confirm that I've never had such a high quality mattress before getting my N:rem one.
Would I actually recommend it to anybody?? Absolutely I will do to all those I love and care about.

Terrible returns service

We bought the mattress to help with back pains but if anything they got worse no matter what configuration we tried. I appreciate this might be down to personal preference and I have decided to go back to a pocket sprung mattress because foam just seems to have made my back worse.

My main issue though is with the returns process, I emailed 7 days ago to request a collection and refund and had no reply, I have emailed another 3 times since then but still have heard nothing. I obviously tried to ring assuming they may not have received my emails but there was no pick up to any of the 5 calls.

I will persist with the emails but based on their 100 day trial promise I am hugely disappointed that they have cut all contact considering the fast responses I received when we first purchased the mattress. Based on this service I would not recommend.

The NREM mattress - 10/10

The NREM mattress is very very comfortable, so much so that I don't want to get out of bed in the morning. My morning back stiffness is almost gone now so I feel much more rested & comfortable first thing in the morning. Delivery arrangements & customer service have been excellent. I would definitely recommend this mattress

Great experience and product

Great experience and product...…..needed a firmer mattress following a long history of back problems but my other half needs as soft as possible. Following years of compromise came across Tweak Slumbers mattress and the ability to have your side personalised. Following delivery I needed to move from a too firm insert to a softer insert but this was hassle free and I now have a mattress that suits us both, definitely recommended.

OK product with issues in the communication from customer service

Buying the mattress was the easiest part of the process after seeing good reviews on this product specifically for back pain. Communication had some issues with the announced 3 day delivery extending to over one week, partly due to Easter holidays, and part due to the fact that the company did not inform that they were short on stock. Queries over email tend to take a while to get feedback and only partially answered. The mattress is OK and at the moment we are giving the benefit of the thought, regarding the claimed great for back pain, while fiddling with the inserts. Ordered two free inserts (4 free in total included when you buy a mattress) and took 9 days to receive them. The long process of receiving the new inserts makes the 100 free trial nights not as long as one thinks.
Overall an expensive product that might be OK (waiting a few more nights to see) but with communication issues from the production/delivery part.

I love my new Nrem mattress

I love my new Nrem mattress , I have a back problem from a road traffic accident a few years ago, I purchased a memory foam mattress from another manufacturer a few months after the accident but it didn’t provide enough support in the right places.That mattress now resides in the spare room.After doing some research about mattresses online(to which there are many!) I came across tweak slumber and the nrem mattress with the changeable inserts so I thought I’d give it a try.On the first nights sleep my sleep tracker on my watch registered a 10% increase in sleep with more deep sleep,and it is still increasing night by night.I had to tweak the foam inserts as I am a face down sleeper.The mattress took about 2 weeks to come (worth the wait!!)and was delivered to the bedroom by 2 pleasant delivery men,3 days later I received a follow up call from tweak slumber asking how I was getting on with the mattress and did I need any different inserts (free of charge👍).Very pleased with the mattress and happy with the service i received.

Finally, the perfect pillow!

I’ve struggled to find a pillow that’s ever been really comfortable. A lot of them I find too soft so I’ve slept with two, which meant my neck used to hurt. This pillow is really firm but because it’s foam it isn’t too hard. It’s also just the right thickness so it keeps your neck in a nice neutral position. Highly recommended!

Would definitely recommend

Staff very informative and knowledgeable about their products. Have gone from having 3 pillows with a sore neck to 1 pillow and a decent nights sleep. A decent firm pillow at last!

Not the best for my back, but overall a terrible service.

I have back pain, I had a sumba mattress previously which was pretty good, but after a house move and being rolled up it was never the same.
As mattresses seem to have moved on and more are available I researched again and found Tweak Slumber, so I ordered the NREM mattress.
Almost immediately my wife started suffering with back pain, and previously she never had any, my pain got slightly worse. I moved the foam inserts around several times, after about a week of this we gave up.
I have ordered and since received a Tempur mattress through dreams which has been an improvement (no problem with the delivery).
Now about the service - the first time Tweak were delivering my new mattress the delivery company turned up (after about 10 days) with two dirty pillows and no mattress. Second time (another week) they had the right order.
Trying to get the mattress returned has been something else! I have emailed, phoned several times, used the online form... they have said on the phone "we'll contact you to pick it up" but two weeks and still nothing, no email confirmation, zip, zero, nothing. Today I rang them again at about 10.30 am to find their office closed. I'm almost expecting not get anywhere with the mattress return and the promised refund, maybe the small claims court is the way to go. I will update this post if I do get a refund, but right now I would recommend firmly against giving these guys any money.

Once a date has been agreed between yourself and the delivery company, we can then collect your mattress and pillows. After this, we will await the signed POD from our delivery partners before issuing a full refund back onto your original payment card. Please be assured that your money will be back into your account as soon as we have received the signed paperwork.

Once again, we are very sorry that you haven't found the mattress beneficial to you, and I can appreciate that this problem has been exacerbated with the level of service you feel you have received since you expressed your desire to return your mattress. We always endeavour to give our customers not only their best nights sleep possible, but also a service to match.

Having now experienced the Tweak Duo for a number of weeks now, we can confirm that it has met our expectations - we now enjoy a good night's sleep - not least we even sleep through the dogs barking in the middle of the night.

I love the flexibility and comfort this mattress provides!

I love the flexibility of the set up of the bed. I suffer with back problems due to the wrong sort of beds. With this bed I turnover less frequently, spend less time awake during the night, and wake up with less back pain. Another feature of the bed design is that less movement is transmitted from one side of the mattress to the other. When sitting or moving on our last mattress my partner would feel every movement and vibration so if I (or she) was restless it would also tend to disturb the other person.

I am very happy with our new mattress and am hoping that the memory foam element will continue to provide the same level of comfort for many years! A worthy investment!!

Really looking forward to an excellent…

Really looking forward to an excellent experience as so many people had given fabulous reviews. All seemed well at first, but then a delay in delivery, wrong mattress delivered, had to chase logistics company for re-delivery, then delivered on a time and date that didn’t really suit / however finally received the correct mattress and very very happy with it. Shame had negative problems regarding delivery otherwise would have given 5 stars

Fantastic mattres

Fantastic mattres. Very comfortable and the best sleep we've had for years.
I love the fact we can change foam inserts to suit myself and my partner differently.
My back pain has been almost non existent since having this which was the main reason for purchase. Very happy

The mattress was 7cm short to fit my…

The mattress was 7cm short to fit my reclining bed, also few inches higher to get into I'm only 5ft2"
So got sale and sent back now I'm getting emails and I'd just like my 100 day guarantee money back of just under £600...

This mattress is superb

This mattress is superb
Placed the order quickly and easily and delivery was confirmed and I was kept informed of the expected delivery. Having slept on the mattress for more than the 100 nights, I am very pleased indeed - my back pain is less and I have fewer disturbed nights of rest.

The idea is simple

The idea is simple. My wife are and I are Little and Large, so we normally find something that we both compromise on. Great - I now have what I like and my wife has her own set up that she is happy with.
