I have just installed a sliding patio door from slide and fold, i was impressed by the quality of the product, i definitely recomand.

Dealt with Adam from slide & Fold and I can not fault his customer service!. He was incredible helpful. We had a slight issue with our doors and the matter has been resolved without any hassle. This is a rare thing today. Many thanks again.

After having a few expensive quotes from other big name brands we came across Slide and Fold who gave us a very reasonable quote for supply and recommended fitter. They were attentive and meticulous with measurements and styles from the get go. We went for flush casement windows, with Satin finish to the Porch and Bathroom for privacy, patio door and after some advise and ideas from the team, we had our Kitchen door bricked up and replaced with a window. Altogether modernised and brightened our home. Extremely happy with cost and results.

Ordered several doors, windows and bi-fold doors from Slide and fold. The service from placing my order with Clare in sales to delivery was very smooth. Adam in service and maintenance has been very helpful in answering all my aftersales questions. I would definitely recommend and not hesitate to use this company again

Ordered my bi-fold door and all windows for my house from slide and fold. Quality seems great, fitters ran into a small issue on the bi-fold, called slide and fold up, Adam came out within 20 minutes and sorted the issue for us. Really friendly helpful chap, Matt and the rest of the sales team were also really helpful. Would highly recommend!

We were lied to about the delivery date, no compensation- cost us £100’s of our own money. Unprofessional - will never use again.

Great great products always backed up by great customer service from Clare and the gang both pre sale and post sale. Only criticism I would say, when recommending them to anyone I know, is the sales discount promotions can vary too much for such an high end range of products meaning you have to time your purchasing. But great company.

I ordered a triple sliding door and opted to fit myself. I am generally pleased with the quality of product and fitting instructions but didn’t expect to have to glaze the units as part of the fitting process so called the technical team. Thankfully Adam came at short notice to help me to complete the fitting process. The door locking system is quite sensitive and somewhat tricky to get the locks to engage. A great value for money product and helpful staff.

From start to finish the service we received was outstanding! Amazing considering the promotional offer we got. We were only going to do the front of the house, but when we got offered the deal, we did the entire house - Our builder (who fitted the windows) was also impressed with the quality and how easy it was to order directly from the website - Thank you our house looks great and hopefully, I'll now get 12 months rest before the wife needs something else doing!!

From start to finish, exceptional service for the supply of our bifolds and corner windows. Was not a straight forward job due to design, however all windows/doors fitted perfectly. Every last minute detail bottomed out, making sure everything was completely covered and agreed upon. Lead time was excellent with the equiupment being a bespoke colour also. Cannot recommend these guys enough! Will absolutely use again for a further project we are working on. Special thanks to Clare and Adam for answering the phone on numerous occassions... Got a TecTura sliding door in 2016, still working fine today. Just got another.
The quality and price are probably unbeatable. Makes a nice clunk and feels so solid.
The recent order took 5 weeks. They obviously have thier busy periods which is probably now. Be patient and plan ahead. I've bought spare wheels of the internet as a future maintenance item - no need so far. I fitted myself - where you save a fortune and have the time to prepare the the hole correctly - mine needed a lintel above. It's all about measuring 10 times before you order👍

Firstly I own and run a home improvement business and I have just recently started using slide and fold for my bifold doors and patio doors.
I have been fitted windows and doors for many years and I know a great product when I see 1.
Pricing is great and the product truly stands out from the crowd. I would recommend this company and product to anyone outstanding customers service and products.

Ordered two patio door sets late last year and found this a great company to deal with. They helped me to make sure I had ordered the correct way of opening.
Doors very good quality and delivered on the day promised. One set of doors installed straight away with one technical question answered by their team in a helpful and cheerful way.
The second set stored in my garage until May and installed last week. Found two small parts missing so called the company expecting to have to pay for them

I purchased large aluminum sliding doors for my garden room. Slide & Fold were really helpful in getting the right product with a hole for a cat flap

Issues with one of the doors was resolved quickly and easily

After sales support was again superb with Adam providing great help to deal with questions I had around fitting and getting replacement items which I had broken

I used Slideandfold for my self build. They were very competitive on price, the online tool was easy to use and when I came to order the customer service team were helpful and very thorough.

One pain arrived incorrectly sized but it was quickly replaced free of charge.

I had a number of ongoing questions round fitting, maintenance and building regs which they have helped me with promptly and without question.

I will definitely use them again.

Slide and Fold supplied matching Aluminium sliding doors and a window for our garden room. The range of designs and configurations was very good, the price competitive and the online ordering process straight forward.

Everything arrived on time and very well packaged, I installed everything myself, using the emailed instruction brochure (which I could study ahead of delivery.) A piece of mis-matching plastic trim was replaced by post after 1 email.

I would definitely recommend Slide and Fold.

Product is very good and keenly priced but the customer service from Adam & Clare is an excellent and increasingly rare thing. Thanks
