I ordered two doors and an internal hanging unit, on arrival it was noted by the driver and my self that the box was damp at one end for the internal hanging unit. On opening the box you could see that the chipboard for the unit was wet. Contacted the company and spoke with Amanda who could not have been more helpful, we decided to see if they would dry out over the weekend with them been inside, unfortunately they did not. I got back to Amanda and a was informed that a replacement internal hanging unit would be dispatched via DHL, great service and a very happy customer.

Great item and very easy to install

Good Product and now installed looks as advised. However the delivery experience and customer service was shocking. Never had such an unhelpful delivery driver who wasnt prepared to put into the room required without pressure. Then just left when doors blocking landings and bedroom and couldnt care a less. Also advised timings of delivery which were 45 minutes out and no update provided. Really very poor

We had to cut it down because we reduced it from a 3 door to 2 door but the drawers are good quality, soft close ones and the shelves are solidly made
The racks are good quality too

Great customer service on the phone, pricey for a made to measure end panel, but spot on for measurements and delivery.

We ordered these wardrobe doors & the delivery date was later than expected so spoke to a very nice lady that organised a quicker delivery for us.
We are thrilled with the doors, they look so much more expensive than they were & have given our bedroom the "hotel" look.
Our joiner said they were easy to install as well so an added bonus.

Ordered March 2015 and doors were received on time and were as good as expected with great customer service. After nearly 10 years the doors are still functioning correctly and looking good. However a small part on one of the self closing mechanism broke and more in hope than expectation I contacted Marie to see if any spare parts were still available. Despite the supplier of the mechanism being no longer in business they managed to track down the part needed and supply it free of charge. Fantastic service so many thanks to Marie and Alicja for all their help.

Delivery was excellent. Everything fitted precisely. One small problem that was resolved immediately.

Up to date information given from ordering to has and when they would be delivered. Arrived on time . Excellent condition . Very pleased with our purchase, cannot recommend enough.

good delivery unfortunately door frame looks like from 80/90 20th century avoid if yo like to get contemporary

I ordered 2 set of wardrobe sliding doors. Choice was varied and prices were reasonable.
Delivery exceeded expectations as was earlier than expected.
Still to be fitted (within the next 3 weeks) but afterchecking, they looked in good nick. Once fitted will add a further review. But si far, very happy with the purchase.
